Not judging or assuming anything about you by any means, but be careful(everyone), sometimes we slip up and listening to talks all the time becomes a replacement for true awareness; it becomes dogma and programming. Our trickster is good, and we must stay on our toes(or about an inch off the ground) to outwit ourselves. :p

Great talk! Thank you! I am a "personal development" teacher as well. When I watch videos like this I like to take notes for myself and my students. Then we apply what we are learning and practice the philosophies. I will share some key points with you from the video... Enjoy and apply :D Awareness. Be able to hold your awareness where you want. Don’t let the world "hold it" for you. Be aware of where it is and keep it where you want by gently redirecting it as needed. Concentration - practice concentration everyday! Be aware of what you are focusing on and gently move it to what you want to manifest in your life. Will power.- "Mental biceps." 3 ways to improve. 1) Finish what you start in everything. 2) Finish well beyond your expectations. 3) Do a little more than you think you are able to do. These 3 things require effort. Apply willpower to something you do everyday… What are specific things that you do every single day? Which will you choose to practice awareness/concentration/willpower with? Where awareness goes, energy flows. This manifests. Use the powers of concentration and willpower to direct your awareness. Manage energy in your life. Evaluate who and what you invest our energy in. Law of thermodynamics. Energy cannot be created or destroyed but it can be transferred or transformed from one thing to another. Why do we say things we don’t mean and ask questions we don’t want answers to? Be clear on purpose in life. Thing about it for 5 minutes a day. Proceed with confidence. Energy consumers. People and things take a lot and give a lot of energy. People are either... Uplifting - neutral - not uplifting (where are you most of the time and where how do you want to be?) Judge or evaluate? Learn to evaluate from experience instead of quickly judging. Energy “vampires”. 2 types… transient and inherent (always been that way). -How to deal with inherent? Be affectionately detached but be kind, gentle, sincere and loving. 1) Do not engage! 2) Place the burden of responsibility on them. Give them a simple task. If they fulfill it, give them your time. Every year re-evaluate the people in your life. Reallocate your energy to people who uplift you. Mental energy vampire. Unresolved emotional experiences. Take a piece of paper and write your "problem" on it. This will remove the emotional attached to the experience. Crumble the paper and burn it. The energy will be transferred. We can transfer energy inside of us to other pieces of matter.

Excellent! One thing I have learned, that he didn't say, is that will power is not something we muster up from within like pulling ourselves up by our bootstraps but rather it's just having the willingness to do something. "Allow it to be" instead of "making it happen". It makes doing things come naturally instead of being a struggle or a challenge.

With that truth we are mindful and feel more in control of our lives. Beautiful and simple, yet we all like being reminded sometimes.

Spirit also HAPPENS to YOU... Its not ALL JUST a ONE WAY energy loop. Often times its about HOW we deal with our Energy, when "life" presents situations to you that are outside of your energetic control. The universe IS bigger than the mind of the individual. Experience cannot be controlled by the mind, as our general experiences are majorily dictated by our energetic structures BEFORE we entered this realm. Our mind cannot CONTROL Experience, but it can dictate our PERCEPTION of experience. We can RELEASE ourselves to our experience through our focused AWARENESS of the experience, rather than having our perception being manipulated through the Experience. Experience is wrapped in layers of time, and held in higher dimensions. We can't change HOW things happen to us, but we can change how we THINK about WHY things happen with our ATTENTION, which IN TURN, changes our PERCEPTION of our experience, and thus changes our experience SECONDHAND via the altering of our perceptions through the control of our minds.

Fiona Kalu hes wearing Vibhuti. Its a holy ash in hinduism. He mixed with water and made it into a paste to apply these three lines. some wear it without mixing with water. Vibhuti is applied to honour lord shiva and its a great medium to transfer or transmit energy as well as helping to direct and control the body’s energy. Theres much more to it. you can always look it up if you are interested.

I’m so thankful for this information. There is nothing more horrific is to experience a painful and demotivating life event and become fixated on it - bringing continuously more and more suffering to your own life and being unable to break the cycle. This is so important to understand and practice especially for those who need to break the toxic cycle and re-living the painful and traumatic experiences.

No, he didn't call him a drug dealer. He was discussing the difference between judging and evaluating. He basically said that if he was "judging" a person dressed like that, then in his mind he would judge him to be a pimp or a drug dealer. If he was evaluating, then (although he didn't spell this part our) he would simply see a man dressed like he described and attach no labels or judgments to that evaluation. The sadly humorous part about this example is that it probably represents what so many people actually would think.

The mind is an illusion and it is our sixth sense. Buddha says what mind shows is a mirage (which does not exist) the thinking mind that we have now is our own data. These data are not real. The data fed in through senses. See from eye ( light speed) converted that in to a word then to sound and feed. All words made of time. Time is a creation of the mind-mirage. All your good thoughts bad thoughts all based on based knowledge which is the duality. Buddhas way is go beyond words and time (mind) then you have no more ego no more time and distance. time creates “I” there is no person in us. When we were first born we are not a “I” In the deep sleep you are not an “I” the “ I “ do not exist in deep sleep. Buddha awakened the deep sleep with its unique properties. I see people suffer mentally because they are Slave to thoughts and mind. See thoughts are not real then the wilderness of the mind weakens. Then you will not regret on past bad or good. Even if you regret what you done in the past is the past. Even if you done good it’s the past. Neither action is no use now. All past. This gentleman is talking of the mind however he doesn’t know how the mind is made. My advice to u, all thoughts are senses based and are illusion. Don’t let the illusion to take u away. The greatest peace lies once you go beyond the mind. Then we can see at light sleep, at light speed this world we see now does not exist. We have to accelerate all other 4 senses to eye speed. Then you can see things as they are. The world we see now does not exist if you see though an X ray camera. But Buddha vision ( enlightened vision) is so powerful. It sees no solidity. We are all qualified to become Buddha if we do the self inquiry. Buddha eye see there is no death or birth. We see things persons because of time delay. If we accelerate seeing to light speed, then you can’t speak of a death or birth. Buddha teaching is very profound and deep not easy to understand at once. But if you do ur own investigation of self you can become Buddha too. Then you go beyond mind. Then no time. Even right now no time. But we are in the illusion, that’s why we feel like going forward. Look at your watch does your way ch go anywhere? It’s a rotation. And it doesn’t go anywhere. Earth doesn’t go anyway, it’s a rotation. It’s our mind add time and started counting how many rotations. When you are in deep sleep, you don’t have this world. That stage your world is different, and you dwell in deep sleep as real while u r in deep sleep. This is a rotation Deep sleep> awake state>light sleep> 3 stages created by the time. If you go beyond the mind you will be an awakened one-Buddha! Then no more 3 states. No more rotation. You see clearly there is no person inside or out. By ignorance we believe we are a person or a being. The world is what it is.

universal truth - Thank you. Indeed, this was a basic instruction on managing the illusion of mind, although perhaps it will help people to start on the path of awareness? Everyone is at a different point in the journey and there are so many paths to the top of the mountain! However, it would've been much better to teach people how to go beyond the mind into awareness of the present. The part that I found really misguided was where he teaches people to think that there are others who are "energy vampires." It seems to reinforce an idea that our energy is limited when it is not, neglecting that the "other" is us. We create what is around us and attract what we dwell on. We are That, the All That Is, and (our) energy is limitless. He is teaching the illusion of separation from Source instead. Hopefully people will use this information merely as a stepping stone to higher truths.

These are simply my thoughts. We could discuss/debate/argue about the nature of our being, the nature of what we call soul, spirit, mind, reality, time, energy, etc, but in the end all that will be left is the truth. It may be true that our journey through life is for our own personal benefit and enrichment. It may also be true that our journey is not only personal but to better those we encounter along the way. Even if this is nothing but an illusion, we bear the "burden" of what we do with this illusion. I think it is wonderful for people to seek out truth. It is even more wonderful when we can lovingly share that truth with others....without the judgments of ego interfering, judging ourselves to be the possessors of THE divine truth regarding our existence, our purpose, our reality. Should we be careful of Dandipani's statements and inferences? Perhaps. But should we not also be careful of yours? And mine? Rather than judge, wouldn't it be better to present our own personal levels of enlightenment to others with love, with hope that they too will prosper in their own journey?
