What exactly does it do? That the belief is transformed? The written?
The biggest edge you can have in front of any competitor, no matter your field, is to know yourself better. You can be outworked by anyone and you can be outsmart by many people but understanding what happens inside you is something very few think about and even fewer educated themselves in this direction. It's a huge and safe bet.

Do you happen to have any recommendations (books, practices, or anything) on how to know one's self better?

*Much better than writing out your negative emotions and giving it to the person that you were mad at. That is what my niece and sister did to me. I wish they would have watch this video first. They will do anything they see but they just didn’t see yours first.*

I did his online course. I did some really stupid things in life. The first time for years i am feeling good and alive. Creating concentration and keeping awareness in place is hard. But this really works an helps.
I always thought writing down your feelings/emotions helps you to understand an emotion better.. but writing negative emotions and burning that piece of paper.. offloads the burden..wow.. sounds magical if this really works. Will try Dandapani :)

Dandapani thank you for sharing this tool to deal with the past. I have struggled with past is an understatement. For whatever/karmic reasons, some of us might just be inbuilt in a way where we struggle more with controlling mind, dealing with emotions. This tool is particularly useful for such people. I just tried this. And I am feeling so much lighter.

Thank you, Sir! I did this and it felt great. I was hurt by something that happened to me yesterday. It was consuming all my energy. I feel good now.
Nice explanation. Thank you. I have found writing to be an extremely powerful tool in processing unresolved emotions. Else it would reflect on my body very quickly, which is hypersensitive to energy shifts. Instead of burning, I tear and soak the pieces of paper in a glass of water. I feel like I'm washing off the emotion. Then I flush the mushy paper-water mixture, after a while. Sort of an emotional cleanse using water :-) Journaling is therapeutic for sure. Just realized the reason thanks to this video.
*Finally somebody who knows what they’re talking about and makes sense! I love your channel just subscribed a lot of the other channels are about self-promotion, and I don’t believe what they are telling me. They are reading from textbooks that are outdated.*
Amen. P.S. My greatest personal growth has always come from times when I've carefully written down my experiences and analysed them on paper or in digital form. In fact, I never kept the notes I wrote down on paper, I never felt an emotional attachment to the notes even though the notes lead to self-discovery and self-improvement. I simply didn't have any need for the words as the value was in the process and not in the physical manifestation of the words. In fact, another person reading those words would never be able to grow from them, not that I do not wish them to, but because only I know the intense effort it took to write them down through the honesty I had to attain with Self and the depth I had to dig within Self to align with Truth. This is where the growth stems from, and not the end result.
Great way of explaining things .You are truly gifted and thank you very very much.

That energy has to go somewhere so you have to write forgiveness and love so where it goes it will not destroy. So there is more to just writing.

great
I love the fire app thank you 💚
It works.
Great
If burning the paper isn't possible, try visualizing yourself writing that unresolved emotion on a paper & lighting it up. Then close your eyes & relax. This helps.
Greeeeeaaaaaat!!! ;) :) :-*
Gotta try it out. Put the negative emotions to the flames.
Sir please put subtitles sir, because that would help, people's who are difficult to catch english so quickly. If tell anything and then you will enter to next one. But people like me still in last thing what you said. Hope you consider my kind requeat

What do the forehead stripes mean?
@sanjay777000
5 жыл бұрын
They represent 3 gunas of Prakriti/Shakti(Satva, Rajas and Tamas), and Shiva himself represents immortal Purush/Brahman, who is witness(our soul) of the repetitive creation, maintenance and destruction that happens in universe. They also represent Gross body experiencing waking state, Subtle body experiencing dreaming state and Causal body experiencing Deep Sleep State, while Shiva/Ishwara is reality called Turiya, is thoughtless Samadhi and is a goal of every moksha seeking devotee. Ash is reminder of death.
@MrShaurish

The stripes are nothing but holy ash. In the Hindu religion ( actually called Sanatana Dharma), people are cremated at death...signifying that all of us will become ash one day and hence be humble. It also signifies the cause of all human problems...i.e. Me (Ego), this is mine (possessiveness) and this is not mine (lack of compassion)....this mark is worn by Saivaites who pray to Lord Shiva....
Geet from jab we met was right....
U can manifest like dis to
Nice video. Though i feel the example is not relevant. Because when a child makes a card for his father, he does not stop loving his father after giving him the card. The card is a symbol of the child's love and affection. The emotions are still there in him subconscious and conscious mind.
One solution doesn't fit all.I try, feel good that moment but then again same emotions start bottling up.
Do I have to paint 3 white stripes on my head,rob my mums grey curtains and necklaces for this to work?
Writing down has a therapeutic effect but not because of the energy, vibration pseudo science bs he mentioned.
