    The truck that made trucking famous! I drove an 8 wheeler slabcab tipper years ago here across the ditch. Same engine ... would climb the side of a house in in lo w gear. Trouble was when it was empty it shook the crap out of you. Aweswome to see this old gear come back to life

    Howdy 🤠 from the Northwoods of Minnesota If there a cone type cap on axle then it's a 44K diff. Flat plate on axle then it's likely a 38K. Being a garbage truck it likely have the inter axle lock, turn all 8 drives.

    Many of otherwise good trucks have met there end here in the rust belt in the US, it’s a shame. When you drove off with the vegetation in the front bumper I thought when you park it it will look like it hasn’t been moved.

  • @stevesplacedownunder

    @stevesplacedownunder

    It’s a terrible shame indeed. You have some models over there that I would give my front teeth for, stuff that we didn’t see here in Australia. The vegetation in the bumper is an awful weed that’s taking over here. It’s covered in sharp barbs that really hurt. That’s half the reason I didn’t rush to pull it out
