The "tunnels" under the hospitals were basements dug by the Israelis when they built the hospitals. The Israelis had all the blueprints. The hospital buildings are all conveniently destroyed by 2000 lb. bombs now so there is no evidence left. The Israelis now have their seaside carpark/cemetery.

The UK evacuated children from cities during WWII for a reason. Israel evacuated countless thousands of civilians from northern Israel because of Hezbollah attacks. In contrast Hamas hides behind children and tries to prevent evacuation of civilians, even though they claim there is as "genocide" going on. Hamas are the side that wants to maximise civilian casualties on both sides.
