Stephen Curry broke down after yet another Draymond Green ejection. It came early in a really important game but that's not what moved Steph to tears.

The crying is clearly anger that has been building up for a long time. He's not the type to curse and throw a tantrum, especially not in public. But he still has emotions.

Here's the thing: Draymond Green's behavior is a symptom that the Golden State warriors and the NBA failed to properly address. Some dudes don't respond to love. They only respond to force. Draymond Green should have been dealt with more forcefully earlier in his career. He should have been suspended for the entire year after the Rudy gobert incident, but he wasn't. A guy like Draymond Green believes he's invincible and he can get away with anything. He believes all of his actions are justified and is just a part of who he is and you just need to accept it. For years Golden State agreed with that. When they were winning everything was all good. But now that they're losing all of a sudden, it's a problem. Draymond as a man has to be accountable but some men need real help and he hasn't received that help.

Key pieces from that championship team have fallen off since then. Klay has fallen off so much that he's been benched in favor of a rookie. Jordan Poole has become a meme since being traded to Wizards, Wiggins is nowhere near what he was during that miracle run, Otto Porter Jr. has retired, Draymond is consistently getting in altercations. Warriors have been slipping in standings year after year since that admittedly unexpected run and now they are barely a play-in team. It's easy to brush every issues plaguing them by saying they recently won another championship but the team has been constantly marred by injuries to its key players and locker room drama since their dynasty days. I think he's also starting to feel the specter of age, something the rest of us can't really relate to in our industries. It's not as simple as saying it's not working for Curry because Green is sabotaging it. It might be that it CAN'T work for Curry without Green so his time in Golden State is over

Steph’s leadership style is to lead by example, consensus and to expect the ones he leads to step up. He doesn’t call out people and builds pressure onto himself. When you have strength in numbers, you roll. But when the wheels come off, he won’t fix the car and is the engine that keeps going. And that is simultaneously admirable, but potentially very tragic.

It's not about controlling it's about accountability. If you would have held Draymond accountable in the beginning but instead we just added links to his chain and made it longer and longer and Steph needs to take accountability for the. We all know at some point Steph was asked about Draymond, at that moment there was a mistake made. They chose to add more links to his leash and just make it longer.

It’s pretty clear Steph is a “lead by example” person, while Draymond is clearly the “get your face” kind of leader. While maybe Steph can be criticized for not being a vocal leader (which he should not be) it’s actually Draymond who should take a lesson from Steph and lead the others not with yelling shittalking but by showing them how to act

SAS is a while clown for blaming Steph for another man's choices. And of course he uses it to boost up Lebron. No one can question his leadership.

It obviously led to a point, but that one moment made everything too public for GSW. This is not on Steph as a leader; he is clearly a "lead by example" player and too many players have come out saying he is basically "the perfect player" -

Patty is way shorter and if he was taller it would have been his chest. #istandwithDray Also, I think dray is still true to his turning point word, he didnt get physical with anyone, he was hot and angry with the way the refs are calling plays. Have a look around, other players are getting physical, But y'all want to focus on dray for calling a ref a "B$0t#' Give me a break. Refs are the problem right now, not the players.
