How can he take accountability when his feelings are gone, he does not feel any empathy for anyone. He will never change and his condition will only get worse. It would take years to heal that emptiness in him but without the certainty that he would be cured and rehabilitated, he does not even think that he has a problem, he does not even think that he is doing anything wrong when he is hitting someone.

@@Zemlja_je_ravnaExactly. Adam Silver sucked it up but no way he was going to retire. That is him overvaluing himself and thinking the threat of retirement is a negotiating tool to get a lighter punishment. The league and his team are the prime enablers here as he was never suspended for slugging Poole. That there sent the message to him that what he did was minor in their estimation. The league left the decision on punishment with the Warriors and Lacob’s decided he didn’t want Green to miss the ring ceremony as his reason for not suspending him.

Mental health issues ain't no joke, man. Anger issues aren't just getting mad, it's about a loss of control over one's actions. That doesn't excuse it, but interpreting this as manipulation is rather unfair imo. This is something he struggles with rather than being a representation of him. Maybe I'm biased because I struggled with depression and the like myself, but I know firsthand that you don't see the world how it actually is, you see the emotions you feel rather than what's actually happening.

@@josephhanicak7922no offense, but is is bias. Draond has always been passionate and you can excuse his earlier incidents in the same way we do with Pat Bev. But after a decade of this same behavior, with access to hundreds of millions of dollars and all the best mental help facilities, it's a him problem to deal with. He's an grown adult whos attempted multiple times to actualy physically injure different players over a sport. It's probably more harmful to say that it's just his disorder doing all the work, because Draymond is very smart and great at mind games as he admits himself.

Green might have trouble after he retires. The NBA handles on court violent incidents when you are a player, usually just suspensions and fines. Green will have no protection for his violent outbursts after leaving the basketball world. Won't surprise me at all to learn about incidents with law enforcement after he is done. That sucker punch on Poole would have landed him a felony assault charge in the real world, for example.

Draymond green does this because he never gets it back from the other players. It's like they're afraid of him or something. Its literally a highlight video of him doing this dirty bs and not one time does the other team stand up for themselves. He was literally choking Rudy and his teammates did absolutely nothing to help 😂

Watching Steve Kerr talk about the player “code” while one of his star player does that and much worse literally almost nightly, and then be in such denial and to act so ignorant for so long and even surprised when it finally got so bad that even he couldn’t downplay, deny, ignore it any longer, and act like it was something new, and he needed “help, and counseling”🤡 no that is how he has ALWAYS played, that HIM, who is IS!! All of THAT is why it got so bad and continued, because his COACH made excuses, acted blind and stupid and allowed it as long as they were winning smh. Pathetic

I actually really liked dre the way I liked rodman or Wallace. Not the best scorer but gritty and hardworking. I think he just got full of himself winning dpoy and all them championships but he really does need some help i think. I hope he pulls a ron artest and gets therapy or something and learn how to be a better player.

If Draymond didn't put on an act where he tries to be innocent, he'd be so much easier to like. For me I've loved watching aggressive and physical players like one of my favorites is Ron artest, but it's so hard for me to like dray when he tries to play like he's innocent

If it was anyone else working a normal job… if u punch someone .. multiple especially… and also choke someone… you are getting fired and probably arrested… why does Dreymond Green who has made millions of dollars only get a light fine + only a 10 game suspension.. he should be kicked out of the league.. fined for his back behaviour and even given a prison sentence… cause if anyone else does it this is their reality so why do sports players get away with it ?

Draymond is the reason why the warriors ONLY have 4 rings. He got himself suspended in the 2016 finals. He ran KD off after confirming all of the narratives surrounding that team telling him they really didn't need him to win. Punching jordan poole and him getting traded because of that. He seems to have a problem with whoever is great outside of steph and klay. Everything wrong with the warriors legit starts with draymond and his antics and attitude problems.
