Tasmi, I'm so sorry you are going through all this! I now wish we would have bought on Pico instead of Flores so I could come & help you. We found out that workers do NOT come do any work if you are not on the island. Although my husband & I were at our home on Flores for 3 months but roofer did not totally fix the roof. This week he messaged us that he fixed it. It took 9 months! Well now we are in U.S. so we don't know if he really fixed it. We have a friend that will check it but he is in Germany right now. I can't wait to try & fix the bathroom we had to tear out last yr.😩

Oh, that is sooo sweet, thank you very much! 9 months for a roof fix - DAMN, you are breaking even our highest waiting records (and your island is even smaller than ours!) Fingers crossed he fixed it and fixed it RIGHT! Thinking of you & sending you strength in this journey

Ayyy aber bald ist die Ungewissheit vorbei und nach und nach wird schon alles ☺️ super dass ihr noch länger bleiben konntet Ein Ort für die Umzugskartons findet sich immer und im worst case wäre es in einem Zelt im Garten jetzt im Frühling/ Sommer denke ich auch sehr schön Aber ja, Handwerker finden und zu renovieren ist auf den Inseln deutlich komplizierter als auf m Festland, aber bald ist es ja geschafft 💪🏻
