    Before plyos I could only hang on the rim with one hand. After plyos I was dunking 2 hand reverse double pumps and 360’s. Legit stuff. That was 20 years ago. Time to put in the work again.

    It's total B.S, as if a 22 inch vert is horrible, to be fair kids that have 16 inch vertical, post online and say stuff like I'm 14 and I got a 30 inch vert jump , is that good 😂

    @@breakmylegs729422 inch vert is average for a non athlete male. 35 is slightly above the average for a nba player. So 35 inches is a good vert for an athlete whereas 22 inches is relatively horrible

    No. You have to do squats and calf presses. Plots are Greta for vert though

    You got a 35 inch vert and can't windmill yet? I had a 36 inch vert and had 360 windmills bouncing off the back of the rim. It looks closer to a 30 inch vert. How tall are you 5'9?

    What's funny about that? A lot of things i didn't know about training until I went back to school. Learned the kinetic chain and how muscle groups are separated and work together to perform movements. Learned the 5 acute variables(some drop 6) and how to train them in isolation. These things don't make you an athlete but it shows you the blueprint on how to be one. It's knowledge you'll never learn playing ball in the park or from your gym gurus. Made me 10x a better athlete and 100x a better fitness trainer.
