Both Trudeaus pit one side of the country against the other while treating Western Canada like garbage as Alberta foots a large portion of the bill as Justin tries to kill the oil industry that actually keeps the country running without a viable option in place. The unity in Canada is worse with a Trudeau at the helm.

Please world understand that MOST Canadians are not like this. We DID NOT vote for Trudeau. He actually lost the popular vote, but because of how poorly our country is run Toronto and Quebec decide who is Prime Minister. WE DO NOT SUPPORT NAZIS even though our Finance minister basically is one :)

As a Canadian I wrote my local MP and expressed my utter disgust at all of our politicians who gave this former Waffen SS a standing ovation and given that Ukraine's military is in part supported by a far right Nazi military this was no accident that this occurred with Zelensky present. I also expressed my very deep concern that our PM has exerted unnecessary and extreme censorship policies from a man who goes around the world extolling the virtues of freedom of speach and democracy. I challenge every Canadian to get off your sofa go look up your local MP on Google and write to them your disgust at what we have running this country and will they stand for those once core principals that made us great instead of what we have now become the laughing stock on the world stage. Trudeau must resign. This is not what my uncles fought for in WWII.

Seems the folks warning about The Great Reset and the WEF were on to something. I can no longer believe what is happening around the world especially in Western countries is purely organic. Trump won election as a populace because people could feel the changes and were rejecting what they were being told or experiencing. He wasn't my first choice. What I read was social engineering with very little meant to address a supposed climate crisis. Climate models are only as good as the data put into them . When the models don't live up to predictions, they simply change the inputs. Who funds science ? Governments. Disagree and see if you receive funding . We are all being taken for a ride world-wide. Open borders everywhere. If you balk you are a racist. They are removing the identity of nations . The English are now the minority in London. The Australian people balked at that referendum but they'll continue to try and whittle away at them sowing division along the way. We are the mere pawns in a worldwide game .

As a Canadian i think Trudeau is a result of us working stiffs not paying close attention. Most of us voters went to trade, technical, or school of hard knocks and were so seperated from what has been going on in our universities for a couple decades. I came to Canada from the US in 2006 after marrying my Canadian spouse and fell in love with the country as I had fallen in love with him. It not only offered a society that legally allowed me to marry another man, but there was a sense of balance, fairness, sensibility, common sense, appreciation of all cultures here but no obeisance to one or another and none of the woke madness that now infects every aspect of Canadian society, workplaces, grant applications, forms, et al. That was, of course, under Conservative government. Then came Justin Trudeau, who I actually supported at first, till the reality began to kick in. Since 2015, all that I loved about Canada began to fall before the onslaught of petty woke tyrants eager to gain brownie points in heaven for the destruction they wreak on earth. We have got to shed Trudeau and his government, but we also need to take a long hard look at what we want this country to be. It is at present divided, almost broken.

We have lost this Country… It is much worse here in Canada then reported.. The food banks can’t keep even the basics in stock. We have massive tent cities popping up everywhere … Huge carbon taxes on all forms of fuels…Record inflation and housing prices and rents…Required registration for all podcasting. Massive immigration with no housing available.. Nearly every hotel is filled with new immigrants…Health care has collapsed with massive resignation of nurses..Huge protests from parents to try to regain some parental rights from the far right education system…AND i think we will look back and say those were the good times……..

Thank you, Douglas! I will look up your article in the National Post. I am originally from Quebec CIty, currently living in Greater Victoria. I have been wondering what has been going on in Ottawa! I was really concerned when the Nazi veteran was feted in Parliament. I put this incident and others of similar ilk down to the fact that no one seems to have any historical knowledge whatsoever other than simplified and inaccurate myths about the past.

Can we just elect Douglas Murray? He wouldn't need to pander. He say's what he say's, makes sense, and explains solutions going forward.

I think there is a difference between electing a leader on merit vs electing someone simply to get someone else out. This is how Trudeau was elected. There was a desperation to get out Harper during his first campaign, and in the next election there was no viable alternative. So here we are.
