Here are a bunch of ways to consume 30 grams of protein. You need to remember that although you might be able to consume 30 grams of protein from various sources, that does NOT mean the calories are equal. 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt is around 51 grams of protein. To get 30 grams of protein you need a little less than a cup (~7 fl ounces)
