You dont have to do all of that, just do a slightly wide grip lat pulldown and a close grip and then any row variation you like to work your entire back

Not really, i remember building muscle in high school, going from 150 to 200lbs in a years time on junk food diet, very little protein, i just pushed it hard and the muscle came with it, really its periodic fasting that raises testosterone but that isn't profitable so corporations don't promote it since they cant sell it

Brother, if i bulk and gain 0.5kg of fat weekly, but i burn that in the same week by fasting, and keep my fat percentage low, will i still gain muscle? Also fasting increase the testosterone so i will always have high test Like 6 days of training and eating more than my daily need of calories and gain 0.5kg but in the 7th day i fast and burn it. Do you recommend it?
