You've done it again! this is definitely something worth drooling over. Love everything in it except possibly the coriander which is not a personal favourite but all else is soooooo goooood. I learned something new...Cilantro and Coriander come from the same plant! This dish looks amazing!

Cilantro is the herb and coriander is the spice. If you catch the seeds while they are still green you get a third, entirely different, flavor. Green Coriander can be used much the same way one would use Capers. They have a mellow, subtle, lemony, nutty flavor and a mild, sweet citrusy aroma.
