I made this 2 days in a row, very similar. I’m a home bread baker so my bread is Artisan seeded sourdough, toasted, avocado spread, spring mix drizzled with lemon oil, easy over egg, S&P. So good. It holds me even past lunch.

I hate kitchen work, cooking shows and channel until I watched this video. SIMPLY AMAZING.

Wow, this is so relaxing and aesthetic. And the recipe is easy to make and I'm sure it must be so delicious.

I just made this for my lunch...and there is only one word for this. Brilliant. I know that it is often overused but I use it judiciously. I realized as I making this that it is similar to the very British breakfast - something 'too much' for me (and also as a German). This was such a quick and perfect version and luckily I had a perfect avocado - but used my low carb keto bread that I make. A perfect, flavourful paring - simplicity and nutrition! Thank you so much for this very repeatable inspiration! Greetings from Spain...I've subscribed :-)

Why did I JUST find this channel... How much did I miss? One more thing, this channel is Hella underrated. Djekskskks I lived EVERY SINGLE STEP AND SECONDS OF THE VIDEO. gonna rewatch a bunch of time.

I made this tonight for dinner!! I forgot the spinach. What I did do, is just layered everything and added a tiny amount of sharp cheddar. OMG!! I got chicken breast for tomorrow's dinner.
