Greek Frappe is a tall, iced coffee made from instant coffee turned into a thick foam and topped with ice, water, and milk. Legend has it this drink originated in the Greek region of Thessaloníki by a salesman of instant coffee about 60 years ago and has been a Greek classic ever since!
I had this drink daily during my travels in Greece. I liked mine with lots of milk but the traditional way to make it is with just water and a little sugar.

Sugar and milk is not necessary if you don't want it.
I agree, best drink ever! And your right, it was invented by Nestle and came mega populair after promoting it. The drink of the poor! 😉🙂

No its definetly not, as a home barista I tested it out extensively and everytime it tastes like sugar water compared to the iced coffees I make in different ways. This is trash and Im sure you somewhat agree if youre deep into coffee
Too much milk !!! Frappe does not have milk by default and if you like milk, you add some. NOT the whole glass !!
