They're still in business after all of these years. Their website is still up, it looks fairly well funded, and they have many products for sale. They also have reviews on their site but I wouldn't trust those as they're not independent. It's good to see companies from over a decade old still alive.

I like seeing someone (or a couple) come in with all the answers to all the questions. And having their sh!t together like that.

Good for this guy! It's refreshing to see someone come in with a fair valuation of their company.

Yeah it’s wild to see Kevin act so differently. He seems obnoxiously mean a lot of the time. They don’t put as much pressure to chose an investor which is how it should be. Sometimes they try taking way too much though

@@aaronsmith4806 - It's a lot worse than Shark's Tank. But what's really funny is that Kevin would often tell David that his royalty deals were absolutely evil, and then he started doing it himself. And he's known for it in Shark Tank. People should do the math though. The royalties into perpetuity are a bad idea.

I think Kevin's offer was a much better than with Arlene. But I think it was more based on personality than money. Giving up 20% for just $65K seems like a bad deal for an already profitable business.

It's a really bad idea to teach your baby to grab a mushroom out of the ground and eat it. The chances of her grabbing the wrong kind of mushroom are way too high.

This whole thing is a legal liability nightmare, I think that's why Bruce was out quick as he seems like the type of guy who's foraged before. No matter how expert they are, employees make mistakes and training is never perfect, when it scales somebody is going to end up in hospital or dead eventually, just a matter of time.
