You never completely get over a person, especially if they have caused you trauma, since trauma means a strong sense of emotions and those are impactful, whether you like it or not. But we live on just focusing on ourselves, distracting ourselves with self improvements and life, then eventually the thought of them gets diluted to the point that it wouldn't bother you anymore

I went through a 4 year relationship break up in my early 20s and it was the hardest thing ever but I used it as fuel to better myself and my situation. I had my ups and downs along the way but it paid off. I’m now in my 30s happily married. Every time I look back at my past I’m glad it happened because I grew from it. I’m a woman who got dumped by a man who told me he loved me but left me high and dry when I needed him the most. Thanks, Iman for the video. This really becomes a part of life. I got really disappointed when I got a breakup I was blaming myself all time that I was not being enough because someone with generational wealth take her away. I thought I was the only one who failed but now I get some hope. I now stop thinking of damaging myself and now started selfcare, and self-improvement. I started learning new skills and started a small company that sells software as a service. I will improve myself and will find a queen in my life. Thanks, Iman again for the video.
