“Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner”

Make a list on notes on your phone, of everything wrong with the person you were in a relationship. All the things that you didn’t like, their behaviours, the way they treated you. Every time you think about them read that list and remind yourself why that person wasn’t the right person for you. Worked for me. I was over it within a month.

This logic applies to any woman you're in love with, wether you're together or not. It's going to be hard as hell to let her go, because in your heart you know you're letting go of all the dreams you had about her, all the futures you wished for. But as a man you have to reconcile with the fact that your dream for yourself as a man with a legacy with honor and pride, that if she is actively going against that for whatever reason, if she isn't chasing you rather than you chasing her. That's a wrap, it's already over, the dreams you had with her are already dead you just haven't realized it or don't want to swallow that pill. The sooner you remove yourself from that equation and move on, the better off everyone will be. You don't have to be spiteful or angry about it even though that is indeed how you might feel, ultimately exiting with class will position you in the best place you can see yourself looking back on it all. And how you see yourself in all of this is truly all that matters.

I separated from my wife 6 months ago. It was so hard. I begged her to stay. I was very weak. But now I’m getting over her. She has parties and slept with random guys. While I have set up a business. Gone back to college, gym, read books, no coffee, I have started making smoothies

11 years ago I got dumped by my first girlfriend of 3 years which sent me into a spiral of depression for 6 months, which I came out of a completely different much stronger person and have used all the pain, grief and loss as a catalyst to completely transform myself into a very financially successful man with a very respectable job, a great husband and a son who takes care of any problems his parents have with money.

When i had my first break up i was such a miserable bet@ I kept trying to get her back. Now i realized this one thing. If a woman leaves you she is basically saying. I can find someone better than you. When i realized this breaking up was no longer an issue. I showed that woman they won't find someone better by outworking all her potential partners. Out of all 4 break ups 3 tried to get back with me instead😂

Walking away from someone I'm deeply in love with is the most difficult thing I have ever done. However, it's what I must do in order to find my destiny. Strength, heal, and move on. I love the full episode. Thank you for an incredibly invaluable message. 🙏🏻

Saving typically results in you earning a lower return but with virtually no risk. In contrast, investing allows you the opportunity to earn a higher return, but you take on the risk of loss in order to do so. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled retirement.

Absolutely true. Have done the breakups with girls my whole life like this and was always respected for this over a long time after the breakup.

You've got to be a man. Even though it hurts don't show any emotion. If you show emotion you lose they will never call you back. Even if she doesn't call you back, she won't forget you.

I have always practiced this very good advice, never go back or look back, straight forward. Break ups should be very short. “ It’s just not a good fit”, never explain why, then leave and never look back.

I used this advice this last week, ole girl left but wanted me to beg for her back the next day when she texted me, i told her straight up “if you want to leave, leave i wont hold you back” and reacted the same way as said in this video

I think that either if you want to heal as soon as possible or get her back strategy should be the same. Accept the breakup and walk away.

Been through the emotional rollercoaster and properly indoctrinated within college programming…now, I’m looking forward to the colder, lonelier and service oriented path of my masculine journey. Thank you for the advice.
