What you added… you could just answer what you mean by “your truth”. It’s a perfectly valid question. What you said is a fine deflection charged with some emotion and bias against this persons reply which probably leaves you feeling justified in not replying to the actual question as you feel you can discredit the question by saying such things, or maybe you don’t even know what you mean by “your truth” so you don’t want to respond directly, but seems a bit disingenuous to do so.
