0:50 My uncle ran out of gas on the highway once. Turned out the gas gauge on the dashboard froze. But like my dad said to him "Come on. You drove all the way from Ottawa to Toronto and didn't think about why you weren't using up any gas." 🤣 I just chalk it up to a case of someone really smart doing something really dumb.

To answer your question about Richmond drivers, they just absolutely don't give an ounce of F word about driving. Their license is from overseas and they can just transfer it over to drive. How convenient and nice of ICBC to do that.

That intersection by YVR, I don’t know how people get confused. There are large “Do not enter” signs on either side of the road, you have a very clear view of the cars coming towards you and there are paint makings on the ground to indicate which way you should go! Yes, that whole area is just one step below the Garden city / Granville intersection, but still!

0:33 That drives me nuts. This move the brown Mitsubishi makes, right here. Trip management! Know where you're going! The whole point of that solid white line is to say, "Ok, as of this stretch of road, you know where you're going and you aren't crossing over right here." If you're not sure where you're going, pull over and look at a map. If you don't have a modern smart phone (just a simple flip phone, which came back into fashion with some people), there are still physical paper maps at gas stations. BUY ONE. 0:52 I know a lot of us probably play chicken with our low fuel light, but I know my car. If it's been saying 0km left of fuel, and I gas up, the pump clicks off at 41L when I have a 50L tank. And just to be clear, I pretty much never do this. It's not a good habit. Not good for a few engine/exhaust components, among other things. 1:26 I hope that's not being lazy, because of it is, I'm adding them into the #MeFirst movement. 3:30 Oh look, another #MeFirst member. 4:44 Imagine living your life like you're the only one that exists on the planet? That's how I see stuff like this. "The outside world is a vacuum and I can just move freely around without a care in the world." 5:24 I get that sometimes a one-way street can mess people up (try driving in Calgary), but in situations like this, I just don't get it. 6:06 No problem, we have their company info. 6:27 Oh! Oh! I know the answer to this one! Because no one is as important as this Hyundai driver. No one. #MeFirst 7:05 That's a ticket. 8:19 Lack of trip management for both of those cars. Or, rather, the Tesla doesn't seem to know how to communicate with the outside world, at all.

I was born & raised on the south shore of Montréal, Québec, i had gone to visit my mom in Surrey, BC when the World fair was there. I think it was in 1986 or something. We have our share of bad drivers in Québec for sure, but Vancouver also have uneducated drivers or they got their driving licenses in cracker jack box. Many don't even know or follow the roads signs, street lights, U turn etc. Does drivers in BC even have to pass a test for their license?? I had driven in Montréal, the surroundings, went all over the province in the last 45 years,I had 2 accidents during that time, one with a friends car and it got slippery and hit someone in the back at a stop sign. The other, a driver didn't stop at a stop sign and hit me on my side bumper, he totaled his vehicle and I had a scratch on my bumper LOL But now seeing all the morons on the roads, their lack of driving or knowledge of therefore, damn. I had seen going on those roundabouts on the wrong side of them, driving over them and some even catching some air time. It was just stupid and moronic to me, the other people and the cops, firefighters 🤣😂🤣 I know that in BC you are limited for insurance for your car, how can those people even able to get insured to begin with or even stay insured?? Insurances are for accidents and not stupid people and even less morons. Loved watching your video sir and thank you 😉

ngl I ran out of gas once lmao.... I had just gotten my current car and every car I had driven before that had the gas dial go below the E when it was EMPTY empty, but apparently mine stops about mid E... I kept forgetting to get gas for a few days and was gonna head to a gas station about a km from my work at the end of the day, except i only made it 2 blocks... I was being light on the pedal but it suddenly went to the floor with no reaction, and then my car shut off while still moving. luckily I was able to coast into a parking lot, but almost ran into a hedge cause of course my power steering and brakes stopped working, but was able to use my park brake to stop in time. I called a coworker and after he and everyone else still at the shop laughed at me over the phone, he very kindly grabbed a jerry can from the shop and brought me gas.

0:29, No I haven’t been in that situation at all. If your car is almost out of gas, then you should find the nearest gas station near you and fill it up. Otherwise, you will waste all of your gas in your car, and you can’t drive or go anywhere without gas.

I offered her $5 to get gas on the Surrey side just in case but she refused my offer and started across and you guessed it, we ran out before we got to the hump. We were there looking like idiots with traffic streaming by for about a minute before a man in a tow truck pushed us all the way to the cheap gas station in New West. Her gas gauge was broken and she was using a bit of rag on a rope. I withdrew my money offer. The good old days.

The car for avoiding collision. I've had times when I was turning right into a busier street, and someone was forcing to do the same turn from the left. What's the difference between a stop sign and the Edmonton Oilers? A stop sign has 8 points!

7:57 it’s not the left turner fault for turning rather late. It’s because the through driver was going through at the last second of the yellow light - so being the left turner you’ll have to wait for them and then clear the intersection. Happens in Vancouver all the time.

Huh? The black car was about 2 car lengths behind the stop line when the light turned red and there was no oncoming traffic at all.

Lots of East Asians and Chinese and they really don't know the rules of the road. Chinese middle class only have been driving for around 25-30 years. Think of Canada or US for example. Those countries grew up with vehicles for generations.

The Newest generation of Prius that Evo uses have an electronic parking brake that is, honestly, pretty terribly designed. It's a small button that is nead the gear shifter, a button like the sun roof switch that has little user feedback on if it is on or off.
