Just a quick DIY surge tank for cheap tutorial video of my surge tank setup saving myself 750 bucks! compared to the bolt on radium surge tank. making the move to E85 with cars that have saddle style fuel tanks you will run into fuel starvation issues and that's a big no go! so to save your motor, lap times, and wallet check out the video!

You should switch the return from the motor with the return to the tank on the surge tank
Very nice, even with regular gas this is an issue we run into very frequently.

Yes the intank pump was a DW 300 feeding the surge tank.

Do u hv any gas fume issue in the car? Got the same setup but got fume issue. Basically did checked all clips on hose & they all are pretty tight + no sign of gas leakage. It's not that strong fume but with the acond On.. It just feels uncomfortable feelings. Just asking incase u guys might have solution. Thanks

There is specific fuel line for E85
What volume is the tank? I want to do this but not sure what size.
