My experience is that I can make the clicker sound regardless of my swing path or where the speed setting is at and I’m a 65 yr old senior with a 70mph club speed. Also when hitting balls the clicker goes off every swing at impact just from the jarring of the club hitting the ground and taking a divot. I can hold the club with my thumb and index finger and lightly tap it on the ground and the clicker breaks free. There’s other videos on KZread showing the same experience I had. Not to mention the grip is too small if you have large hands. I’m sending mine back.

The whole point of the Straight Stick is to train your swing. Using it both with the golf ball and without the golf ball. When the compression clicker clicks you are using it correctly. If the magnet is loose then you should get a new Straight Stick. I have tested multiple and never had this happen. I have used the Straight Stick with students and their release completely changes. Weird. It worked as advertised for me. I'm 69 and swing at 70 mph. It only clicks when I swing one particular way. True at impact with the ground it releases but sometimes if I pick the ball and swing incorrectly it won't.

Hey Jess probably can't use it as my clubs are longer and my glove size is XXXL. By the way do you recommend a very strong grip for the Stack & Tilt swing? Thanks.

jess, i 've had one for a couple months and i've only done air swings with it and i can't get the thing to click no matter how hard or fast i swing and i have tried all the different settings. i'm ready to send it back as a scam gimmick.

The grip is just standard size but really helps your get your hands on correctly

I don’t have abnormally large hands but I do wear an XL golf glove and this grip is too small for me. I can grip it but my hands are uncomfortably squeezed into the preform. And the top of the grip is too wide with a sharp edge that digs into the pad on my hand. I don’t know why they couldn’t have made the grip an inch longer.

I was considering getting one of these but after some research I have seen too many people commenting that this thing clicks no matter how you swing. I suspect that there are lots of people getting these free or getting advertising to promote something that costs a lot and doesn't work for everyone. So unless I see some science where there are demonstrated results that show an improved swing and golf game, then I just ignore testimonials. So this looks like another golf gimmick to me. An N of one is no proof that it works.

Don’t buy.,,, yes money returned if within a year but still must pay FedEx $15 to ship it back. WASTE of time!

I respected you before I saw you do this money grab. This does not work and I have never seen anyone use it and improve. Nobody knows their seven iron swing speed so how can they set that speed magnet? Disappointed to see you doing such money grab review!.

It’s a teaching aid that can help the average golfer with their grips, release points and speed. You could say every teaching aid is a scam. The company also gives a year for you to try for a full refund.

Gave this device at least 5 opportunities on the range only to realize a WASTE of time. Disappointed! CON 1: Can't get feel like a traditional club because almost weight of 2 clubs means limited practice because the weight fatigues you on backswings. CON 2: Click sound too quiet so usually don’t know if it clicks or not so it's difficult to gauge if swinging properly. If it does click the sound usually drowned out at impact. I set the mechanism at my swing speed (70 mph) but it didn’t matter. CON 3: When can hear the click the results inconsistent. Some shots I slice but it clicked anyways? Some shots flush down the middle but no click? Makes no sense. CON 4: Yes, training video offers solutions for those with hook or slicing issues. But for us golfers who do BOTH equally - there is no advice in training video therefore useless!

Thank you for your comments on the Straight Stick! Sorry it was a disappointment for you. One of the things that helped when practice swinging is feeling like you are cracking a whip with your wrists to make the click.

But how does that explain when I hit flush down the middle 145 yards NO CLICK? But when I did slice 40 yards off target, it clicked? Yes, most times if I hit flush I got a click and most bad slices no click. But I feel not consistent enough, therefore to avoid 100% confusion it should or confused when learnimg

@@bobbradford6838 sometimes when you hit a shot the impact and the click sound the same. It maybe clicking and it’s hard to hear

UPDATE: Day 1 I just received my Straight Stick 3-15-2024 and for the love of God, I can't get the magnetic ring to slide down to the bottom hosel. I must have a defective magnet / metal adapter. 🙄
