When it comes to setting up your personal brand, or working on a branding project, the way you use digital marketing and go about the whole project as a graphic designer is very important. You need to first understand what branding is and what it isn't. Branding for example, is not a logo design. Even though a logo can be a small part of a brand.
There are so many psychological tactics when it comes to working on a personal branding project, or branding for a client. You need to think about colour, typography, emotion, and what people think feel and want. Building an emotional connection with your target audience is the aim of the game when it comes to branding and digital marketing, and the sooner you realise that the better. That should be at the very top of your brand strategy, the emotional response with your audience. That's how you get into their consciousness and trigger a reaction. That's what branding is all about at the end of the day.
When I started to implement these tactics into my branding projects and also self branding, I saw better results almost instantly. You really need to get into the mind of the audience and find out what makes them tick. So hopefully after watching this video by Satori Graphics, you will understand how to self brand and what a personal brand even means.

Sometimes, sometimes you need to check the spelling, and capital and small letters X-D
Just going through this process for a company specialising in the sale of prams for babies. Joy, Warmth, Happiness, gives me orange and yellow but I like the idea of using subtle skin tones to highlight Tenderness, Care and Family. Just feel the latter isn't standing out enough and the vibrancy of orange and yellow is more striking.

thanks for share more knowledge!! my opinion about colour: la gente está familiarizada con relacionar un color con algo. people identifies some colours with something. change Macdonalds in green and yellow - or something like Ecology Brand with brown and pink, and all that is "psicology _per se_ " it is just a trick :D

Could you help me please? I've been working on coming up with personal graphic design brand that focuses on brand identity. The brand's main message is to help business owners GROW their businesses. I have been finding it difficult to choose the brand's main color. Green would usually represent growth but I don't like it and I have a feeling that using green for my brand's designs and campaigns may not be appreciated by the people. I tend to like purple, orange, yellow or blue. Can any of these colors also convey the brand's message?
brand loyalty is for the dumb consumers/users who do not have any idea about the quality and functionality of the product/service/offer....since we have the majority of dumb people in the world, it seems it is working....but if you could observe deep enough and perceive the reality....it is just hot air without substance....That said, I am a fan of this channel...for its quality content, not brand...!!
