no worries :)
I did this for a UX job for a client, a 4 year old credit company that wanted an improvement to their site and user dashboard, I presented all this and the guys were just like. "whatever dude, just get it done" it was kinda heartbreaking honestly having put in all this work on the data and explaining my design choice but they just looked over and said yes to the screenshots I had exported from adobe XD.

Most companies don't value the work of UX. In the end what they want is UI and profit. How you came up with the UI doesn't matter to most of them.

@@mnmlst1 apologies it was UI and UX. Had to redo their logo as well making it an SVG. I imagined this as well, these days I only do this extra stuff for projects I wanna show off on upwork cause it seems like most clients don't care.

Where would you get those informations about the persona?

Is this similar to brand strategy? 🤔 The more I listen to it, the more familiar it sounds. It's something I always consider for a brand, but never thought of it for a product.

Kind of yeah. It can be thought of as a buyer persona in some respects
Quick question, does this persona has to be based on your target audience (like actual reserach what theyre pain points are) or is this more speculative and getting into what you think the costumer thinks rather then knowing?

The persona you will create will be based on your research about your client's target users(your users in case you are working full-time for a company). It is not at all about who, how and what you perceive the users to be; just solid research condensed into an imaginary person with common demographics, problem statements and needs. It would be better if you add a bit of character introduction in narrative style.
Who helps you edid these kind of awesome videos
Bro can adobe fire fly replace graphic designer yes not now but in future it can i think it should be bann
This is all fine and dandy. But how do you get the info building the persona? Do you make stuff up that seems to fit your idea of what the target group might be? What happens if your assumption are completely wrong and you make design decisions based on faulty grounds? If the main goal is to get the client happy I get it. But what happens when the client start asking questions? Some of them don't care, but some care too much.

You can ask your client for Google Analytical data from their end, if they have it. You can research the target market of the industry they operate it, and use common sense. Making a persona is not always going to be necessary. Someone who is making a logo for $20 probably won't want to waste time doing this, for example

Exactly, someone doing a cheap logo won’t need a persona but if you work for a hairdresser specialized in black people’s hair for example, you will need a persona. Where is the hairdresser located? In the center of a big city means the clients probably won’t be old ladies but working women in a rush.

@@SatoriGraphics Sorry that my comment sounded so grumpy! I'm genuinely trying to understand to become a better designer and I am greatful for your content. I guess the struggle is while working with smaller clients. Larger client tend to have done their research and expect you to build your strategy around that. But smaller clients may not be as prepared for the design phase. In that case you as a designer kinda have to lead the client towards understanding who you are actually designing for. That can be a scary process and I struggle myself trying to find the right tools to be able to do that. A great tool is what you are talking about in this video. But if it's based on guesswork and your design work later suffers from you making the wrong assumptions... that feels like a dangerous game.

@@SatoriGraphics evening 🌆
recall in the 90s hearing for the first time the term "branding" now I hear "pain points". "important to dive into their mind" then manipulate to buy the product. The pessimist in me says that's a pain point.
