@@lrmcatspaw1 Find myself taking sledgehammer over reverb quite a lot in lower rank games. Doing 1.3k+ Qs into buildings when your team doesn't want to push is AMAZING. One-shot towers and kill forts/keeps super fast solo. Not to mention in wrecks Monster objectives (Angels, DKs, Seed Monsters etc.)

@@MisterGodBunny I can see the value, does it count vs Immortals? But it is the same thing as Perfect Storm: is they got butcher/Stukov... (any slow hitting but hard hitting hero) Id probably still go for Block over perfect storm since I am tanking after all.

@@lrmcatspaw1 Yes it counts vs Immortal when you are killing it in the middle, or killing it in defence. Brilliant talent for any PvE map. Block is good against any AA hero really. An average raynor has an easy time vs a good muradin imo. Can just outrange you all the time in team fights or in lane.

No, I think Muradin is by far the worst tank. I hate playing him and having him on my team. Too squishy and cowardly of a playstyle. I think Johanna, Stitches, and Diablo are the gold standards. I tried this build and I'm not impressed at all. It's far easier to do more damage and self-healing as Tyrael or Diablo. Just lost 3 games in a row with this build and I usually have a 60%+ win rate as tanks. I simply could not 1v1 the enemy Stitches, even though as Stitches, Johanna, Diablo, or Tyrael, I could usually easily outplay any enemy tank. Try auto attack Tyrael, in a game this long, you'd probably get 4x the self healing and twice the damage.

In America, Tychus kills Muradin. In Soviet Russia, Muradin kills the entire enemy team.

The biggest Question is - why the fck the Abathur got not the aa buff on 4. Would make Muradin much more scary.

Hey, that build and survivability look pretty awsome! I have a question. I wonder how much influence on that had abathur with his hat on you. Will this build be effective with team comp with just a healer and no aba or other additional support?

I'm glad you did a video about this talent, Bronzebeard Rage is super good right now and I've been trying a variation of this build using Heavy Impact at level 7 (Dwarf Toss slows enemies hit by 80% for 1.25 seconds). It's basically a 1.25 second root when you jump on someone, and it also triggers the damage buff to Bronzebeard Rage when you attack the target you jumped on.

reverberation doesn't upgrade the movement slow, it only increases the attack speed slow. thunderburn is better with this build because you get more cc and damage out of it.

Hey NotParadox, I have an idea for a video: When to go core. In my rather low player level games, people always make mistakes in that regard. They push for core when they shouldn't, or retreat and do camps when the core is wide open. It bothers me a lot :D Maybe you could provide a nice educational video on that topic (if you haven't already).

After his changes in talents I think Reverberation on lvl 4 is a fantastic talent to get more from his Avatar ult. I just realized on my last game with him, 1-2 weeks ago, the changes to Bronzebeard Rage on lvl 13. It is a fantastic talent he can duel in minion waves, and in teamfights he can stay in the enemies and fight without depleting his mana or waiting for cooldowns.

I like bruiser muradin and will have to try this build. I usually like bruiser to have hammer quest, hammer does more to non heroes (includes structures) and dwarf slow. It makes peel and engage really strong to free up the dps heroes.

Dwarf drank so much he doesn't feel pain nor fear anymore.

This is undoubtedly going to get nerfed soon, it looks almost exactly the same as old Anubarak when the beetles focused heroes and actually healed you for a decent amount and actually did damage and taking the locust swarm ult. I remember I used to be able to dive in to the middle of an entire enemy team, pop my ult use all my abilities so I had a bunch of beetles and becomes almost completely unkillable while doing stupidly high damage to all of them.

@@DaJayman654 True though Shield build still isn't as OP as the old very old beetle build, but then I was a little unfair in the comparison too as even though I still think Mura will see a nerf on at least one of these talents, you could still see there were points where he could have died. where as the old beetle build was pretty much unstoppable once you got to a certain level.

Just tried this build in QM, Muradin thrives in team fights and being outnumbered. Put up second highest hero damage and no deaths. Love it.

I have been saying for a long time that Muradin is broken.Its a fking stone, but wait, with quest complete and lv 7 third attack stun and possible haymaker u can perma stun someone, reduce 50% her attack speed, do a lot of dmg and be unkillable,even without rewind.Nerf this boy.Maybe u dont have big wave clear but u dont need clean waves when u can clean the enemy team. Said monster's win rate is still under 50%, needs more buff. Also on the "He can reduce the heroic ability cd", Medivh wants to say "Hi". Medivh can cast his heroic like a regular ability during team fights. Check out his lvl 16 talent called temporal flux.

I heard Khaldor saying that Skullcracker on 7 is also getting picked more on Division 1 and S now the dmg got buffed. I agree that give them the Axe just sounds better. But why are they picking it up?

"Give 'em the axe!" doesn't add any CC and is useless in terms of PvE. It adds more damage but only against heroes. I usually pick the talent when I don't meet any of the following conditions: I am the only one providing reliable CC and the enemy team has no heroes that should be interrupted/CC'ed more often (Whitemane, Anduin, Yrel and others with important casts). But nonetheless, "Skullcracker" has a big downside: you HAVE to focus one target at a time, at least three auto-attacks in a row, to get any benefit.

i even didnt notice that changes about CDR nor healing .. need to try it .. cuz im now focused on be better johana / anub .. luv ya

But have you not tried sledgehammer talent on level 4 It increases the rate you stack your baseline quest to get to 25 stacks quickly. This makes your q so much more effective by getting it earlier, means that you can melt structures towers and objectives like boe guardians and if enemies tried to hide behind minions they still get stunned. It only does more damage the more stacks you get aswell so better early game, late game you can melt forts/keeps/core like butter

I play warrior main and I agree with you. Muradin is becoming my #1 warrior and I often have top hero damage with that build. His only weakness is the lack of waveclear and his self-healing is very sensitive to poke.

I also like PvE Muradin a lot (the difference is Sledgehammer at 4 and Skullcracker at 7). It gives you an amazing camp clear and single target dmg (For things like Boss, Immortal and Punisher) and makes you very dangerous at siegeing. On later levels you can deal even +2k dmg per hammer and you reduce CD by auto attacks.

I love this build, had a lot of fun during the weekend! ☺

Good build but can't help but notice that Aba hat on you helped your heal/dmg numbers quite a bit.

This is too funny, I used to pick bronze beard rage even before it had this healing effect. This is an insane buff to the talent.

I ran into a muradin with this build as malthael, it got weird.

I used this build even before the patch. Now I usually deal 150k-200k hero damage per game

the only talent i would change would be the level 4 talent "reverberation" with "thunder burn" as it extends the slow time by a good 1.5 seconds more (if they get hit by the second wave of thunder clap, which honestly 9 times out of 10 they do) this way you get the extra damage of the second thunder clap AND the added slow time this synergizes excellently with the level 7 "give em the axe" and the level 13 "bronzebeard rage" give it a try.,.

you have perma abathur on your head... its a lot of damage and extra healing

For me this is the basic build. But you need to try the dwarf toss build. Insane, you can still tank and they just simply cannot escape from a bad engage. Beautiful i must say.

Cool video! Will try it out for sure. Tips for the video tho: might be just me, but the overhyped talking got on my nerves, it's exhausting. And maybe credit abathur who sat on you on everyfight. The Survival, the damage, it was 50% abathur Show builds in ranked at a decent level, not on useless qm

the aba only did 11,000 healing a quarter of muradins self healing also Muradin did 100,000 damage there's no denying that he carried the game as a tank

Been playing this sort of build since his changes. If I feel like im gonna get poked/focused pretty hard i'll take 3rd wind because its a pretty good talent now and keeps me in the fight much longer than trying to just straight face tank. Cant tell you how great it is to not be shackled by W healing and instead letting bronzebeard keep me in as long as possible and getting out when i need to. I kinda expect a nerf to muradin pretty soon. Haymaker does some pretty dumb damage when used right while being able to basically get the benefit of 'give them the axe' always. Usually doing 2nd highest dps with avatar and haymaker puts me 100k+ easily. ENJOY WHILE IT LASTS!!!!

Tbh that's what you get in qm. I still remember a Tyrael that went and stayed "pushing" (there was no minion wave to clean at all and no mercs to help him push) top lane when the whole enemy team was clearly going to objective to murder us. Our team decided to stay because we just needed a couple of seconds to get it, didn't work. What's worse is that Tyrael wasn't able to push nor defend top lane, so him being top was useless.

its good job what i call good hero is hero who can do unexpected things fair alike great dmg doing tanks...But i remember doing more than 140k hero dmg with Arthas without abathur beside me :))And %75 of my games with Arthas i did most of hero dmg in games :)

Hold the fuck up.... (I am the fuck up plz hold me): Reverberation: -50% attack speed. Imposing pressense: -50% attack speed. I have several questions... EDIT: Muradin was telling us this the whole time ("FOR THE BRONZE BEARD").

No wonder i felt like the best muradin player alive LMAO. I just was using this build that happened to be OP. The best is when you take the bigger they are on tychus vs muradin. Melt him to 35% and he pops avatar and tychis d still up so he insta loses avatar. Its really funny and unfair

ten seconds into vid and i think they should make it heal for 25% dmg deal, tripled against heroes. and its weird that he has a trait that gives him passive heal outside of combat and go to give him a trait that gives him passive heal in combat and doesn't... use the trait?? Like, the devs really have forgotten about their own game's content. How easy would "trait isn't disabled by damage for 1 second after damaging a CC'd enemy with immolation" that way any talents that benefit the trait combos with the immolation talent

You might not want to cause any more synergy between any talents. If for example third wind made the burn heal more, you had to take it each time. Then it should also be balanced around taking it each time. Then it would lose the synergy bonus, and instead gain: "passive: can't be taken without 3rd wind" written on it. There might even be situations where second wind and burn heal are active at the same time (trough protected and blinds/stuns). It just makes it more complicated than it needs to be. Stoneskin doesn't say "let trait be active for 6s in combat", even though it actually DISABLES it for the duration.

I always talent to CC enemies, why would I be the DD in the party?

The concept of blandness apply to a lot of other heroes such as morales, zagara, muradin, leoric but people don’t realize their niche and the things only they can do. I main stitches because I thought tanks like muradin and johanna were too boring. I tried them out and found that I actually find fun by using their strengths and completely shitting on my opponents regardless of the hero.
