Nooooooooooo, while in lane I was like damn this Leo is on point with freezing and spooky hands, looked at the name...it was you. Ever since that moment I know I was going to get embarrassed. I know I made sloppy plays throughout the game. Though the Artanis was frustrating going so hard so often and almost never waited for hooks to make plays it made it hard to set up a good team fight. At the end of the game I panicked and accidental set you up for that entomb though(facepalm) gorged you to take you of out of the fight then realized I needed to be out as well, tired to spit you the other way last second but failed. Both our teams really had weird late draft picks which did make this an awkward game for both our teams. Your Zuljin rocks too and did great job throughout the game putting hurt on us and picking cleanse(slows) to save himself from my slows after the hooks. Either way GG mate and you spanked us proper.

Looks like the build gets better the more melee's the enemy has. It'll be easier to have people closer and heal off them. Against ranged folks it'd be easy to kite you out and stop you from healing. Guess in most cases you'd still want the wraith talents, but this is a nice option for brawling against a ton of melees. P.S: What about a 'w' MT build?, seems like now there's more sinergy for 'w' builds, being able to have it permanently from lvl 16 onwards and getting permanent 40 armor in combat EDIT: Guess the talent didn't work like I thought it would. Editted the message due to that. Sorry for the missinformation!

No. Lie Leech heals you only or the targeted hero, and it doesn't do % AOE damage.

@@LegsON As I said in the message, it DOES AoE bonus dmg, altough it just heals as if you hit the main target. Not sure whether it's a bug or intended, but the point still stands the same. Test it in practice tool and you'll see

@@LegsON It never healed for more, but it should be dealing extra dmg. I even tried it again today and it was working as intended doing bonus dmg on the enemies to the sides

@@paufernandez3411 I've tested post-patch in Try mode and again just now in both Try mode and in-game. No effect (damage or heals) for cleaves on dummies or heroes.

This was really informative. I'm a fairly casual player, almost exclusively Leoric these days, but I love watching high level play and trying to pick up some tips while I watch. As another commenter here said, it's super useful to hear your thought process throughout the course of the game. I always end up over-committing or just putting myself in a bad position when I use the empowered Wraith Walk offensively, so this build would probably suit me better. I've always hated having a "1" ability, but this build might get me used to that.

The last entomb when you’re talking about all that damage. That was pretty much Zul’jin and raynor damage with very little coming from you. Haha

I am enjoying leo so much since they buffed/shuffled my favorite talents. I played him suboptimal by taking these even before the changes

Artanis actually has two ways he can escape. The first is obviously swapping, the second is dashing at the right time. If you have precise casting, you can Dash at the same time as Entomb goes up, and you will end on the outside of the entomb. Very hard to do, but doable.

When you pilot the machine for that map, just wanted to point out you could also avoid additional damage from the turret. You can stay below the turret and have only 1 hit you rather than both hit you as seen at around 13:00. That's like 500 hp per hit from one XD.

I enjoyed listening to your commentary and your logic was really helpful. However I did notice that you didn't really ping to let your team notice when you were leaving to soak. I didn't think much of this untill I saw your Nazeebo ping the wave at 5:21 to get stacks and I don"t know whether you were more concerned about the time for the exp(to get the exp ASAP) vs the stats he gets from his stacks of voodoo (it kind of reminded me of your Stacking guide for Azmodan). I also noticed you didn't ping the fountain that you were trying to smash when you first took the Protector. Again Idk if those kinds of pings are unnecessary or weather you were just distracted by the other things you were doing. I love this style of video, and your vids have helped me to play HOTS and other MOBAs much better. Keep up your good work, I just was curious about your minimal pings.

Notparadox can you do a video showing March of the Black King + Death March at level 20? It applies a talented drain hope to all nearby enemies, and if you get level 20 you'll usually have the highest hero damage in your team as well as being almost invulnerable with the healing.

Enemy comp makes a big difference. AA build is really good against that team.

It's so frustrating when the enemy team is down and the core is open, but at least one person in your team decides it's more important to get a camp, objective or keep rather than just ending the game.

The real question is "what did stitches think about gorging you to give you a perfect entomb?", it was so beautiful, entomb is one of those sexy ults you cant underestimate, and silence upgrade.........lovely! Leoric is a beast, like Rexxar is one of those heroes ppl just dont think are good enough but can set you a lot of combos and utility. With recents buff, rexxar get my atention again, as a solo laner player need to get better with him, still prefer malthael or thrall as ppl can work easier around them. But as i always want to increase my hero pool, got to check him out. If you sometime want to upload something about misha and his orc, it would be nice!

Wish more people learned from you, even up to master, i get lots allies who go in even harder when alexstraza goes in dragon form (not even during objective) and call me out for not wanting to go in all the time. Even up to masters they will fight 9vs10 or outnumbered purely because 'objective is up let s fight regardless'

Waaaait a second, when did the Raidboss Leoric build got buffed? I LOVE IT! The Tanky build was effective but I think its boring

Tbh the only reason this build worked was cause of the comp difference... you’re up against two tank two mage with almost no cc. if you were up against any normal comp you will be zoned out so hard and not be able to deliver AA that often. Wraith walk build just offers so much more

I gotta ask. So many times as solo tank you were a mile behind the closest teammate to the enemy (usually that brazen Zuljin). Most of the time there was no need to fight so you weren't trying to encourage it, but you were so far behind the team that you couldn't have done anything if they had engaged had on him or gotten hooked. At 4:07 it's team's fault for tempting the blind hook but isn't it your job to be there to cover their mistakes? At 10:10 Artanis had just swapped so unlikely they could have run down the ZJ but you made no effort at all to cover his retreat. Etc. You mentioned later that you didn't realize you were only tank (???) so did that play into your positioning choices? What's the mentality here?

honestly speaking, small miss play popping your heal cooldown so late during that first camp. could of easily saved 15 seconds or so.

This isn't really new, this was my go to leoric build when i had no sup/tank games that were pretty much unwinnable. Sometimes leo would pull through and make a miracle happen with the 1v5 potential this build has. Only issue it had is that it became a hyper carry at 20.

is this a QM? pretty unfair if it is, u guys get a offtank vs a full enemy team setup

To be honest, the talent swap didn’t matter for most of the game. Heroics first, two level lead most of the game, relatively safe from chromie poke most of the time, 3 sustained damage dealers against frontline based comp. I mean it’s cool you’re hitting for 100-200 extra per faster autos but that game didn’t really show it off imo.

His build: 1 - Ossein Renewal 4 - Kneel, Peasants! 7 - Drain Momentum 10 - Entomb 13 - spectral Leech 16 - Mithril Mace 20 - Buried Alive

Great videos, as always. You're pronouncing "ossein" wrong. It's pronounced without your "sh" sound, like "awesome" or "Australia". It sounds like "awe-sane". It's the same "oss" referencing bone found in "ossuary".

Sure, it's good - then again, anything build is good when you're 3 level above the enemy team by the time it comes up

While these types of full game videos are nice sometimes, don't do the same thing so many other content creators do and start doing ONLY these types of videos. Most of the time it would be nicer with a shorter more concise format but having both as options to teach something or get a point across is nice. Just playing a game and explaining as you go is likely MUCH easier to create which is why it most likely is tempting to just do that. It will however alienate everyone that doesn't have 20~ minutes to dedicate to each small topic they're trying to learn about. With that said, keep up the awesome content as you are the only hots content creator I find making clear quick and concise content. Thanks!
