While working together we usually spawn some great ideas and point each other in the right direction. I will say having a wife that rides too just doubles the parts costs!! Or she says triples the cost based on her mood. LOL.

Good video. Very helpful. I've always been on two wheels but just bought my first side by side. Got a 2020 Rzr turbo S Dynamix, all OEM. First impressions after coming from bikes was....mmm this is kinda slow off the stop and the clutch is terrible. Low gear is useless. So ordered a AA clutch kit to hopefully give a better response from the gas. Going to get an AA Stage 3 tune soon to hopefully wake it up. Next I thought gearing needs to be sorted which is when I found your vid. I use it to scramble around a bit of land I have but want to take it on the mountain trails soon. Not interested in going more than 100kms/hr on it but would like to get there a lot quicker from stop , but also in low Id like to be able to do the steep slow rock climbs. Please could you suggest gearing with part numbers ? would really appreciate it from someone who knows their sht.

But if going 35’s the 53/26/26 is awesome. 33% low reduction is 3235380 3235381 3235232 3236132. The gearing has been to best mod we’ve ever done to any rzr we’ve owned! Add the ranger low gear set to that and gets you 33 in low. But 4 seaters already have the 570 reverse shaft in them. Ace 325 reverse shaft and stage two gear gets you around 26% overall reduction. @@CrashCitySxS yeah I was looking it looks badass I may get it lol. They won't fix the seal for free... I heard there better people out there on shocks .... it still rides like a covered wagon....

Aww man that sucks to spend that much $$ and not follow up with good customer service. Gear one just came out with a race rack like ST for 16 XPT and all the years of the 1k. Nothing for 17 & up XPT yet. But if it fits your vehicle gear one makes the same thing if you don’t want to give more business to ST. We’ve never done shock valving on ours and only ran the upgraded tender springs so don’t have anyone we could recommend for springs and shocks. But let us know if you find a good company to deal with that fixes the covered wagon!

It’s a shame Polaris has these machines geared so high from the factory.

The 16 XPT came with pretty low gearing and everyone cried about it so they took it back up higher...

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about gearing up to this video so we took a minute to address those questions to help out others that may have the same ones in their heads. If we help one person make an informed decision and then to the nitty gritty of how to do it themselves then that one person made the video a success. So occasionally we may ramble about something to help others out in more ways than just showing them how to do something. Thank you for your input and watching!

@@CrashCitySxS I meant the backflip and going down the ledges. Rambling about why to do the gear reduction is perfectly fine
