Think happy thoughts!
Think sunshine all the day;
Refuse to let the trifling worries stay,
Crowd them with thoughts of laughter from your mind.
Think of the good, forget the bad you find,
Think of the sun behind the clouds; the blue
And not the grey skies that you view.
Think of the kindness not the meanness shown,
The true friends not the false ones you have known;
The joy and not the hatred of the strife,
The sweetness not the bitterness of life.
Think happy thoughts!

Think of the ones you love, not those that you detest;
Think of your victories and not your failures here,
The smile that pleased and not the hurtful sneer,
The kindly word and not the harsh word spoken,

if anne was a realist she'd sense her impending death. so this is kind of an issue for me. I think it's best to be a realist. do you want to be an optimist when it's not logical to be so? to twist your mind and thoughts into positivity despite dire circumstances? it's delusion.

well let me say I'm 1) not happy 2) not satisfied with what I have 3) not content to grow at my own pace everything needs to improve dramatically for me to achieve true happiness.
This poem is really wonderful and his voice is so tender and expressive! My favourite part is “Think of the ones you love, not those you detest.”

Oh honey, life will never be the same. Right now is the greatest time of your life. I know it's sad to think you may never see some of these people who have become like family again.. but make a point to stay in contact with those you love. You will meet so many more people.. choose who you keep close and who you let be in the past. People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Choose wisely. Savour every moment now, especially with your family, as these days pass so quickly and before you know it, you'll be looking back and right now will be 20 years ago.. You'll be wondering where all the time has gone. Make it a good time. Grab every opportunity and experience everything.. Tell them you love them. Take real pictures. Keep a journal. Write down your milestones, and special moments. The world is your oyster, and when you are nostalgic, it will be nice to have these things to look back on. No matter where you go, leave that place a better space than when you got there. Never leave your drink unattended. Never let a friend make their way home alone after a night of drinks, and be mindful of who you are trusting. Remember people won't always remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel. I am you 20 years in the future. Many blessings to you! Love and light ❤🔥

@@farhan4068 Yep, and this message has sold for $1.6m! In November 1922, Albert Einstein (March 14, 1879-April 18, 1955) was in Japan to deliver a series of lectures. It was not long after he had won the Nobel Prize. Staying at Tokyo’s Imperial Hotel, Einstein was greeted by a courier who came to his room to deliver a message. Einstein had none of the local currency on him, so he took up a pen and wrote a note on a sheet of hotel stationery. “Stilles bescheidenes Leben gibt mehr Glueck als erfolgreiches Streben, verbunden mit bestaendiger Unruhe,” he wrote. (Translation: A calm and modest life brings more happiness than the pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness).

After listening to this. I went into deep thought here at work. He said to think of the good and not the bad. At first I was negative but then I really tried. When I tried to think of all the good in my life. I was left speechless.....I couldn't name one single thing

What a powerful poem that really hit at home for me. What we get to focus on in life really is our choice, so if we decide the world is doom and gloom we will certainly see it. I want to listen to that cheesy uplifting stuff to drown out the sorrows of a bad day.

The world is 10 % What happens to us and 90% how we react to it fks if you have Packard all your stuff into the shopping bag and someone push into you by accident and you drop the bag you can be mad or you can think its okay that you will pick up.
