I've only been to Texas once on my way to Los Angeles via American Airlines, but always wanted to go back - after Covid, of course. We southerners (NC) love our manners and most people seemed to think there's something wrong with us - it's part of our DNA. Hurry back to TX and I know the welcome wagon will be waiting for ya! P.S. Being from Texas, it took some time to get use to people not looking you in the eye, opening doors and the hospitality. Our friends here use to say that we scared them because of our being courteous, friendly and out going all at the same time. Good luck with winter up there. Hope all goes well to get you Texas transplants, back to your home in Texas.
