Ive never tried this with the cream cheese! Looks good. If you want to save time filling the shells put the mixture in a ziplock bag and snip off the corner so you can pipe it into the shell

Ricotta mozzerella, smoked provelone, egg, italian bread crumbs, spinach, ground sage sausage or ground Italian sausage in the shells. Sauce under & over. Mozzerella & parmesan & romano on top.
