I’ve been making a similar salmon dish for some time now. Sometimes I’ll throw in some cherry tomatoes and chopped bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, and sauté with the garlic, onions, and shallots. On the plate over Basmati or Jasmine rice, I’ll garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and thinly sliced scallions, and sometimes a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Todays menu is gourmet Crab Cakes, and Shish Ka Bobs
