직접가서 먹어봤습니다 1. 주말에 웨이팅 장난아닙니다 한시간반걸렷습니다 2. 위생은 기대하지마세요 주방 엄청좁고 지저분합니다.. 바닥은 미끌미끌하구요 3. 맛은 보이는그대로 그냥 부드러운 돼지고기맛.. 흔히 생각하는 소스랑 같이 끓인 카츠동이아니라 그냥 밥위에 돈까스를 올린 느낌 4. 오이피클 엄청작아요 (보니까기성품쓰는듯) 미소국도 안줘서 퍽퍽했어요ㅠ

The flakes are Panko Breadcrumbs.

The eggs on rice is Oyakodon if you want to look up a recipe for the broth.

That is Panko, Japanese style breadcrumbs made from Shokupan bread that is processed into large flakes. This results in an lighter and crunchier texture compared to regular breadcrumbs.

The bread crumbs are called Panko, and the egg is soft boiled because that's japanese custom (but also because it's better for 'soupy' dishes).
