  • @RuSosan

Well there's the argument that office work and especially anything creative is more draining mentally than physical labour. The guy is constantly on the move so he's likely getting that "feel good"-dopamine some people get from working out. It's involved, definitely not monotonous and it's clearly rewarding for him. So all in all I wouldn't go declaring that his work makes your work seem like nothing. Don't sell your efforts short.

This is pretty common for a fast paced chef, very heat resistant fingers. Flames don't hurt, its the temperature that burns you. The more orange the flame the less hot it is.

I can't imagine all the prep that went in beforehand and all the cleanup afterwards.... and that's AFTER cooking all day. Turning things on the grill with his bare hands.... serious dedication. I hope he makes a lot of money!

@@einreid376 Pretty sure it took him more than half an hour to set those things up. I watch more stalls like this but some of them had lesser steps and basically just a liquor/coffee store compared to this makeshift restaurant, there's just too many process before and after the setup. Total respect to the person that's doing this on a daily basis.

This is in fukuoka, these dinner stalls are traditional there, usually you have to get there early because there are few seats and you can't eat standing up so you have to wait in line. It's a great city but not very touristy even though it is warm and right next to the sea, they have sumo wrestlers and a cool summer festivals.
