    @@346Yoman That's a lot of work just to assemble the shop everyday. Not to mention, he has to disassemble and then do cleaning/maintenance of his shop and equipment.

    I noticed the same thing. Some other Yatai seem to have used random things to make it work, but this one was carefully designed with a purpose. I say nothing bad about other Yatai, everyone needs and abilities are different and the others are lovely for their own reasons.

    @@bl6628 almost all the yatai places purposely use hand me down stalls from their parents or grandparents for generations to keep the tradition of the family, but it’s a different story for start up Yatai places ofc

    i feel you! this has to be by far the sleekest and most high end yakai i have seen to this point. it doesnt have the nostalgic, anachronistic charm of the traditional, makeshift, naturally grown ones, but an entirely different flavour, i cant deny liking.

    Nicest one for sure but real question is - if its good for something other than more work every day....i wouldnt like to build this every day for few hours of work ....that second guy was late and had all done and ready before he finished a roof ....

    Another amazing example of packaging and construction. I would hope he’d find a place one day where he could leave his yatai up and not go thru that two hour setup and probably two hour tear down every night. That’s got to be brutal in the freezing cold or high heat

    The speed of building with prefab materials is not new. But the fact that he do this everytime and furthermore keeping it clean are what wow me. Even the floorings are better than most indoors here. I could sleep on it 🙃

    Impressive work. It's like assembling a giant LEGO knowing by heart where each piece goes. It deserves respect and admiration. Was he the one who created and manufactured? It is also commendable that the city has water and electricity points in the places where merchants set up their workplaces.

    The meticulous attention to detail, and the self-discipline required to implement his vision is amazing. All of the equipment seems new, though I'm sure it isn't. How much work he must do to keep everything looking so pristine (and cool). What a life lesson for those who just want everything to fall into their lap. Where's the joy in that?

    Classy little place you two put together. I really love the little restaurants I’ve seen built in Japan. So different from the food trucks I’m use to seeing. A lot of work to put it together everyday. But well worth the result, I think

    I can see the neighbor setup their stall faster, but he wins the overall design. I believe in the long run, he should find a way to assemble his stall more time efficient. Kudos to the stall owner 👍🏼

    毎日2時間かけて組み立てて、さらに片付ける(きれいに掃除も)って余程の情熱がないとできないですね。 無駄なく組み上がっていく姿は見ていて爽快。 屋台はその儚さがいい。

    That has to be one of the most professional street vendors I have ever seen. Very efficient too. I doubt I would be drinking gin, early in the morning, with coffee and pastries. But, I've never tried it either. Maybe there is something to it.

    屋台でラーメン食べたり、お酒🥃飲める屋台中々ないね💧 屋台ってこんなに大変だったんだ!2時間で 部屋作れるってベテランすぎる。 こんな苦労してるなんて。 移動の時も大変そう。 今の50代~60代の人若い時仕事帰りに屋台で1杯飲んだり、おでん🍢とか食べてたみたいですね。 今の若い人は、屋台で食べたり、飲んだりする機会がないので、屋台自体が減ってきてますからね。 私も屋台でおでん🍢とか、ラーメン🍜とか、お酒🥃とか1回くらい飲んでみたいし、食べてみたい🤤 また復帰して欲しい。

    It's Great to see this guy put together his very own work stall/station!! The amount of time it takes him daily to get this set-up is truly Remarkable!!     I think it's normal like regular food stall. This is the owner passion. Regular food stall also takes time to build. And preparing. This owner takes his time with his stall. Its really good to be satisfy in what you do and you like. 😆

    I was amazed from the beginning until the end. I did not even realized that i’ve reached the end. The concept of this is quite convenient and really good. Its like one of those trendy and modern cafe but you would not expect that it can be set up in just a couple of hours. And i really would love to try that coffee! Wish I could be there and taste that!

    he must have been a contractor before he opened the coffee shop...so precise and every item fit like lego...amazing...he is so meticulous and paid attention to the smallest detail...i think he loved putting up his "home" and treat his customers to fabulous cups of special brew coffee...all the equipment is top class so this is truly his hobby because he is not making enough profit for all his effort...but to have fun and share joy with customers bring happiness and that is his joy and satisfaction...thank you for presenting this video- interesting very zen like just watching how he paid attention to setting up his home and opening up for business

    Wow! This is the most modern architecturally Yatai I have seen so far! Very neatly done, like a puzzle that you just need to fit in together, really amazing!

    屋台としては異質なほど清潔感に溢れて解放感もある。しかひ月20日営業すると考えるとすればセットとバラシに月80時間かけていると考えられるが、そうなると賃貸で8万円前後の物件を借りて営業時間を80時間延ばせばそれ以上に稼げる可能性も高いのではないのかと感じました。
