店構え、デザイン、雰囲気とも最高。 のれんのセンスも素晴らしい。 かっこよすぎる…これは行ってみたい！

この組み立て作業を毎日と考えると(撤収作業も)とても大変なのに、美味しいお料理も作って本当にスゴイ。頭が下がります。

流石にこの仕事量毎日はできんよ（笑） 週末だけの営業らしい。

I don't know much about cooking, but there is not a single wasted move in this man's workflow and skill, this is true mastery.

お！呉の屋台のとこだ！！！！ てか広ッ！組み立ててるから確かに屋台なんだけど、規模がもう屋台レベルじゃなくて1つのしっかりした店舗なのよ...！👏🏻

ここのラーメン美味いよ。 一見したら濃そうに見えるスープも飲んでみたらめちゃくちゃアッサリしてて細麺とよく絡む。 トッピングされてるフライドオニオンがまたいい味だしてるね。 一際目を引く牛テールも柔らかく簡単に骨と身が外れるほどホロホロになるまでしっかり煮込まれてて臭みもなくて美味い。 呉には色んな屋台、ラーメン屋さんあるけど俺はここのラーメンが1番好きかな。

店主の人柄が良い。テールラーメン、美味しいに決まってる。替え玉があるのも嬉しい。

Forty-some years ago, my roommate stole a couple of bottles of liquor from his father, who'd been to Brazil years before. One was Pinga, and the other I don't know how to spell, but I recall it being pronounced liked "wee-shee". We didn't know to make a mixed drink with either, and found both a bit unpleasant by themselves.

大昔、関東に住んでいた頃に、仕事帰りに屋台で一杯引っ掛けてから帰ってました。 懐かしいです。今住んでいる地域には屋台なんてないので羨ましいです。。。

昨日食べに行きました🍜 塩をいただきましたがあっさりだけど体に染み込む美味しいスープでした😌 次回行けたらテール入りの醤油を食べてみたいです😋 マスターも気さくに話かけてくれて初屋台だったけどとても楽しかったです。 ご馳走さまでした！

That stall looks so cozy! I've never seen ox tail ramen before and it looks delicious! I remember when ox tail was considered cheap cast-off meat. Now it's as expensive as steaks here.

The level of detail and care is impeccable. To do this day in and day out is a superhuman ability. All the respect to this man and his work ethic. I wish he wouldn’t have to tear down every night and just leave it up.

ラーメン屋のラーメンなんて、もう30年近く食べてない。最後にラーメン屋のラーメン食べたのは小学生の時だから。 まして屋台のラーメンなんて一度も食べた経験無い。 ラーメンに800円とか1,000円掛けてまで食べたいとは思わないんだが、ここの屋台のラーメンに心惹かれる。テール入の醤油ラーメンも、塩ラーメンも美味しそうだね。呉は海軍の街だったから、呉カレーも美味そう。呉は一度も訪れたことがない。呉は意外と美味そうなグルメありそうだな。機会があれば行ってみたい。

小さな頃、見た🍢屋台みたいで懐かしい感じします。親に連れて行かれた記憶は、あります。お店の雰囲気が良くて、ラーメンが美味しそうです。こうゆう作り屋台が、落ち着きますね。

Yes. This is only possible because Japan is ethnically homogenous and doesnt look kindly upon foreigners.
