This movie speaks allot of truth, about whats what going on in the world even today.
Quite possibly, Meg Foster has the most beautiful eyes of any woman ever.
Don't care what any lists say, they had the greatest fist fight scene of all time. I could watch it over and over and over. Better than any fight I've even seen in person and it was an accurate portrayal on how a real fight happens. No Hollywood bs.
RIP Roddy and John. I made my 11 and 12 yr old watch They Live not too long ago. Along with The Thing. Kids loved the sfx of The Thing. Never met either one of the gentlemen but I hold both of them so near and dear to my heart. They shaped my childhood. Thank you rowdy and John 😊
Roddy Piper was so awesome in this movie, and that fight scene between him and Keith David was off the hook! What a classic movie, and one of my favorites!
"...the WWEFG or whatever it is" LOL, exactly. Rod was such a cool guy.
Wonderful panel. They Live is still my favorite movie.
Piper is gone but NEVER forgotten!!! 😇😢
Great documentary 😅 love Rowdy Roddy Piper ❤ what a man ❤ RIP dude you will not be forgotten ❤ showing They Live to my 19 year old tonight🎉 popcorn ready ❤
Me personally, would have just put the glasses on the first time he asked.. I hope I never fight anyone like that. Haha R.I.P. Rowdy Roddy piper. A true American legend and Icon.
I saw this movie in the theater with my girlfriend when we were in high-school and was blown away by the story, WAY ahead of it's time. I put in in the top 3 Carpenter films along with The Thing and Big Trouble in Little China which I also saw in the movie theater.
They live is a perfect film. It's up there with Back to the Future. And I love the social commentary that is still relevant today in 2023, unfortunately.

RIp Roddy piper this film is a classic it still remains true to this day it also predicted drones and the police state which is what America has become the scariest image in this film by far is when the police destroy the shanty town and Roddy sees this kid he tries to lead him down the alleyway and the cops surround them with red tear gas that image alone to me is soo powerful because of what it represents the police servants of the rich enforce the status quo
Meg leaning on Roddy 😭🥰
I remember as a kid this movie use to come on HBO all the time and I loved it ,, I use to say I wish it was longer and I never knew what the meaning was behind the movie ,, then I got older and rewatched after I found about the illuminati and I was in total shock ,, and that's when I said they live is the greatest movie of all time and I wish I knew about this as a kid it would of changed my life for the better,,,
Roddy is hilarious. What wit and humor!
