Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 15 minutes.

Dough diameter 23 cm.
Dust the dough with flour.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.

Press the dough down with a wooden stick.

Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Amazing. It may look easy for some bakers but for an old guy worried if his dough is going to rise. Making these are challenge. Having a great time trying. Love sending pictures of finished bread to my kids and grand kids texting yum yum .
