Great video as always. I think the viewers who complain about your breathing should walk a mile in your waders dragging the sled. At 62 years old, I have noticed the difference of walking in my muck boots compared to the thick neoprene chest waders. Work a little harder, stay a little warmer, breath a little harder. It's all good.

I second that. I've done my fair share of water trapping and it is way more physical than it looks then add in dragging or carrying out beaver plus equipment. 🥵🥵

Tell those that make the comments about breathing hard to F#@& off. Beaver trapping isn’t easy regardless of age or the shape you are in. Add ice and snow and it gets exponentially harder. Great work 330!

Keep up the great work. I’m a new trapper and I’ve been learning a lot from you. The people who complain have no idea how much work goes into trapping and would quit if they had to work as hard as you

  • @bigkemna87

Scott maybe those morons should quit watching and definitely quit commenting. Sounds like trolls who probably have no interest in what you are doing and just get there giggles out of being antagonistic. Anyone who has ever spent any time exerting themselves through outdoor endeavors know that the heavy breathing is a sign of exertion via hard work which is one of the things that makes these pursuits so exhilirating and satisfying. Keep doing your thing and forget those fools.

I'm always out of breath while setting traps. Maybe I'm a fat slob, maybe I'm not, but there's nothing easy about walking through cattails and rushes with calf deep mud or slipping and sliding on ice while toting around awkward traps, stakes, sticks and other miscellaneous equipment. Then you get to haul out a few beavers which weigh anywhere from 20 to 65 lbs each. Half the population sits around playing video games all day, at least we're getting outdoors and doing something. If you don't like it, don't watch!

People also need to realize that your videos are edited and you are working and moving around between scenes. To be fair, I have heard a wheeze now and again. I just look at it like “hope he is ok”. Cheers bud and Merry Christmas. Thanks for another quality video.

How about you get out there in those tempatures, with waders ,usually pulling 30 plus pounds of gear through cattails ,bullrushes. Then swing a axe or ice spud through anywhere from a half inch of ice to 8 inches of ice make the set and film it all with a mic on your chest and see if your not breathing hard .

Around here they're typically too small and immature., rarely much to appreciate or to brag about. But there are those few of some size and age that are most desirable and worth seeking. btw, if I'm not an expert on fur I know what I like. 🙂
