Love your input of getting healthy from the inside out! Diet and beauty seem to go hand in hand these days. You can't seem to sever the ties with the two. However you SLAY it, you gotta be on a mission to love yourself enough to show that your unique beauty...exquisite beauty is enough. I'm proud to see that you succeed in carrying that message in heart, soul and body. Have a blessed day LaToya!

😭 Oh my goodness! Yes to everything you’ve written. Beauty from the inside out in all ways is what makes the biggest impact. True self acceptance radiates out into all aspects of our lives and I’m so happy I decided to embrace myself all of those years ago. I’m so happy you understand my message. ❤️❤️

@@LaToyaEbonyHair amen. No one hair type is better than the other.
I went low sodium a while back. It's hard. Especially since I'm a salt fiend rather than a sugar harpy, but I'm currently reading this nutrition book and it's outlining a lot of the negatives of inflammation, so it's a noble cause 😣

Low sodium is difficult to adjust to if you grew up with a diet like I did. You sound like you're doing a great job though! Happy and proud of you!
Thanks for the knowledge.... I'm glad to know I eat a lot of the foods you mentioned. I'm Zambian so we don't have Salmon in my country. I love almonds, avocado, spinach and mango. I actually love to make smoothies out of them so I can get the in my system real quick
That salad looks good! Yes I think often we forget about the nutrition factor of hair growth.

I hear you on the weather! I was running around Missouri last week (instead of watching videos 😉) and it was cold. Avocados are wonderful but I can't stand salmon. So I'd just throw some more avocado in!

Oh wow! Both are so good!!! But hey, avocados aren’t too shabby!
The majority of this would go really well together in a meal! I might make something with all of them 🤔

I love your voice. Lol, I just bought an Avocado for the first time. Going to try to make avocado toast in the morning. I'm not big on fruits and vegetables, but my Dr got on me this week. Going to try to do better. We'll see. I'm taking baby steps. I've never had avocado before. Just the fact that it's green I run away from it.

Not you running from avocados haha! Avocados are an interesting fruit. They aren’t sweet and are creamy in texture. I prefer them seasoned with a bit of salt, pepper, and lemon. The best part about Avocados to me is how full they keep you. Avocado toast is also delicious or on the side of eggs in the morning. Just keep an open mind. You’ve got this! 😊
Awesome La toya
