I love the flavor win of this cult of clerics that secretly worships a monstrous horror slug as their deity. You can just imagine the Shadow-Rite screaming something along the lines of "BLESS US WITH YOUR PRESENCE, GREAT UNCLEAN ONE!" at 11:00 Also, that casual Amalia nuke coming in clutch against the tokens deck

Orah skyclave is by far my favorite tribal commander

The original "surprise slugs" cleric deck was interesting so I was keen to see the upgrades! Good to see a second payoff now. I was actually considering dreadfeast demon as a second pay off in your original deck.

Dreadfeast was a consideration, won't be great vs sweepers but can be another nice target for creature decks besides Toxrill.

This was one of my all time favourite of your decks. Shadow Rite Priest into Toxrill is so much fun when it works

Game 2 was great. It's really unfortunate that Amalia isn't a Cleric as well- a lot of the ixalan vampires are.

Luka, you're really the epitome of playing to your outs; one of your strengths for sure. You're a magician. Some situations I think, there's no way he gets out of this. And 90% you DO. that's also the youtuber thing, but still, very impressive. Fun to watch, and educational ofc

All your decks are great but this is especially spicy. Keep it up!

You mention pretty early on flashing ward onto a creature in response to removal, and I just wanted to give a quick mention that that's not how Ward works. Ward triggers when the spell is cast, so by the time you know you need it, it's too late to flash it in.

11:34 Opponent should win this game. At 9:47 they accidentally made their Graveyard Trespasser trigger fizzle by forgetting to decline the target on Restless Cottage. Pay attention to your triggers people.

Toxi slug boy will be my favorite creature as long as its in standard. I don't care if it's actually good. It's so damn fun and cool. I feel like it's overkill but the sludge monster synergizes with it well but usually irrelevant even if its extra cool

Insane deck just love cleric archetype. Roaming throne do the job. I think you shoud think to add 2 copies of annex sentry. Cheers !

The 3-drop slot is heavily contested in this archetype but Sentry can be very nice in some matchups!

It is very rare to see lvd actually forgets a card's ability, expecially interesting when he is the one playing it

Can you revive one of your previous combo deck for a Boros Ill-Tempered Loner combo with Roaming Throne?

This deck is slimier than a Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards xD

It's a nice deck but in the gameplay you didn't face any sweeper control build it seems because while the deck seems fun it looks like it would end flatlined by any control sweeper based deck

I totally forgot about Shadow-Rite Priest! I should have looked more into the cleric cards for Cavern of Souls tribal decks 🤦

Really cool deck, feels pretty streamlined but very flexible.

I can't wait to play this, clerics is one of my favorite tribes to play.

Match 4 it might have been better to name Horror for Throne- no more clerics with triggered abilities in hand, and Toxrill coming up soon- probably putting all your eggs in one basket, but wouldn't it have been fun to put two slime counters per turn, and two slugs per kill?

and with cards from Historic you can make Toxrill and the slug horror tokens into honorary clerics! this wouldn't do a lot, but it's late and I think it's funny

So I'd just like to throw out the idea of doing a zombies deck with Roaming Throne, if you'd be willing to take a request. Bonus points, Necroduality copies Zombies on ETB and not cast, so Throne on Zombie makes 2 thrones and gets really silly really quickly.

yeah, I know you lose out on life gain but I would go with Evolved Sleeper instead.

Sleeper is too mana hungry when you want to build a board. It's honestly an overplayed card for how easily you are punished for dumping 4 mana into it for a 3/3, let alone 7 to draw 1 card. And if you don't spend any mana on it it's a vanilla 1/1. I think it's a bad card period but it sure does see a lot of play. It's a win more card and not exactly synergistic here as it's best in a tempo/control shell. There's not really a play pattern for this deck where I would want it on turn 1 and after that there is better things to do with your mana.

I've seen enough hentai to know how this deck turns out

I will never understand why more players don't run the peacekeeper card.

It's at its best when you are playing a deck with a decently fast clock against a slower deck, but control is relatively rare in best of 1 so I can understand why people might not bother with it there. I would probably run like 2 in the maindeck with the other 2 sideboard in a generic Best of 3 white creature deck.

these decks are so useless, try going up against one control with a sunfall or depopulate an crap decks like this have no chance every tit in this game has about 10 -15 removal spells in every deck its so bad the meta

Wtf are you smoking? Control are not meta right now, and against aggro this deck have a very good chance to win and most importantly it's a very fun deck to play.
