That game against Proliferate was exciting. Fun decks at both sides going off. Hope there will be even more support for both archetypes in future sets

both decks were really cool, although I find it a little annoying that LVD essentially only won because he managed to get a Time Warp from the key. I don't think any other card would've gotten him out of that mess.

@@RandomPerson-mv8bn He had the Portal to Phyrexia in his hand the whole time, he played the Time Warp to bait out a nonexistent counter spell.

@@SacredMagic13679 yes, but the opponent had simian ascendency ready to win the game if the portal was cast, and i don't think lvd had enough mana to both unearth the leveler and cast the portal, in which case the the opponent would've had a very strong board presence going into his next turn. That being said, lvd had a lot of mana rocks so i could be wrong about that.

Mad respect to that opponent going all-in on multiple alt wincons. It was just a really strong deck on its own, with all that Proliferate, even setting the wincons aside.

I have tried to build an historic braw colorless ramp deck for a while now. Fortunately they fixed wastes and LegenVD even made a video about it! This made my day. Definitely gonna build this... amazing video, by the way!

@@connorbourke2872 you mean wastes? Yeah you can't craft basic lands. I think they were gifted by wizards with the last historic antology and you had to claim them. It's weird that they are not yet available for free and I am unsure about how to obtain them now.

Match 3 was brutal. But those 5 color decks get out of hand so fast, so it's still lovely to see haha

Karb's Sylex needs to be in this deck. Drop it down early, most opponent simply stops developing their board, buying you plenty time to bring out the eldrazis

Can be powerful indeed, although also has its awkward moments when you develop your own board early.

I will never not watch a Forsaken Monument video. Also, I love how you never skip a beat while delivering card explanations, even when it comes to Karn and his Karn advantage.

I know it wouldn’t be popular but id like two headed giant or 2 headed commander. Most queues are less than 2 min so I think the only things stopping it are not enough out cry and 1 person Leaving ruining the experience

Won't be very consistent I'm afraid.

I wish they would add Emrakull Promised end. I just love big things that make people despair and explode, it would also complete the three titans. Have they still never come up with a way to code for it or did they just gave up i wonder

Now if only they had Naked Singularity still in print..... This deck would be hysterical :D

I love how one benefit of wastes was that it allowed players to build colourless commander decks, yet this deck of 100 cards has literally 4 of them. Without briarheart I’m sure there wouldn’t be any at all.

Genuinely curious about those opponents. I love to play jank in brawl (like pirates or gods), but it's always against Azusas, Grixis, Teferi and stuff like that! Meanwhile your opponents seem to be so various in deck choices!

Some commanders have slightly different matchmaking queues, especially newer ones face more variety before they are put in their place.

One of the last true great mysteries: why IS Paradox Engine not banned in Historic Brawl?

Honestly, the deck would probably be better if you switched Kozilek with Liberator. You take advantage of Liberator’s flash a lot more than Kozilek’s counter and draw.

I'm glad that they fixed the Waste lands bug. I've been itching to play some colorless decks since Kozilek's release

How do add wastes basic lands to your hist brawl deck? It says "this deck contains one or more cards that are not redeemable with wildwards. Wastes"

Drafted it from Key, which taps for mana of any color to allow playing the cards it drafts. In this case, green.

How do you avoid queuing into 50% Rusko decks? It's gotten to the point where I just insta-concede to those because every game is identical and consists of them countering every spell I play.

The matchmaking changes over time depending on the powerlevel of your commander. They may have bumped both Kozilek and Rusko into the “hell queue” with the release of Phyrexia. Haven’t faced Rusko in a long time playing more recent commanders.

It's built for 1v1, but most of it will also translate to multiplayer. Although once you go outside of Arena there are a ton more cards you could play in the deck.

I couldn't have any fun playing that deck. It looks so boring to me XD. It's like mana rock tribal. That Ezuri deck looked pretty sick by comparison. Oh well, to each their own I guess :p

903.12e If a player’s commander has no colors in its color identity, that player’s deck may contain any number of basic lands of one basic land type of their choice. This is an exception to rule 903.5d. because of this you don't need waste. you can use any one basic type

Esika is usually in the "hell queue" facing more powerful commanders.

I love tribal historic brawl decks. However, Eldrazi are just so boring it is just ramp, ramp, ramp and this is coming from a gruul player. A shame though in lore they are so cool. I'm playing Rivaz Dragon Tribal and Gishath Dinosaur tribal decks and they are fun as hell.
