Dude in the second match 100% just got wayyyyyy too cocky and said “I can live and still win if he hits me with that much” completely overlooking your stadium as a threat. I love it when people in the driver seat fold so hard that they just completely drive off the side of a cliff 😂

I think the idea that he allowed it is pretty plausible. On days I’ve played past ten wins, I will let an opponent have a win for a good game. On the rare occasion I play past 15 wins, I concede whenever I know I could win.

LVD+Historic Brawl=a lot of value. Even backpacks.

This is gonna be a really weird comment but I'd love it if you could show a decklist for a crab tribal edh deck one day, love the content brother🙏

I can never see Tezzeret as anything other then " Master of the fridge" after those food token combo decks with him

@28:19, for specifically Crossroads, the card's glow, when its blue, it can be played untapped but if its orange, thats a penalty and it will always be tapped. Since most cards a blue, the orange glow stands out once you notice this difference.

Duplicate Legendarys that can be cast are ringed in orange/yellow also. Penalty of only one on the battlefield at a time.

I dont know if you edit out losses, I made this deck, as it looked like my cup of tea. 2-58.... Normally I would have gave up on it, I really did want to enjoy it tho. Keep up the great content.

Hm... the second match... I like the idea that the opp did know your magic work and it was more like a courtesy bow to the best Magic channel on KZread. I would have done that too. And I would love to play against Legend with my historic brawl deck. I know I would loose for sure but the fun involved is all that matters. 🙂

Hey legendvd can you please try out Ovika the UR commander that came out on phyrexia? I've found that you can get some really really crazy combos with stuff like skycrag feat and simple stuff as burn bright or you know explosive singularity for otks

Doh, no games with Magistrate's Scepter :( I actually have 5 Scepter decks in Arena. I used to play a Fog deck when Wilderness Reclamation wasn't banned yet (with Dawn of Hope, Bastion and a couple of untap artifacts)

Had it in there at first, but since it often relies on the opponent killing it before we get to Proliferate I ended up cutting it.

Regarding interaction with Kozilek's activated ability, is Hydroid Krasis's mana value 2+x or just 2?

I don't get why it's 3 mana to get the proliferate from Ezuri. It feels tacked on because they were worried it would be too strong. Like would it be so bad to have a popular legend be stronger? Would it be worse if it was 5 mana 2/2 with the same effect minus the pay 3?

Because it's honestly better this way, he's now both good early game for limited and constructed and good late for commander.

@stephenmanlove2577 fair enough. The added cost of a proliferate related legend just seemed weird. Like they threw on Kicker as a last second change and couldn't think of anything else to make it fairer. That's just me though.

Would you be willing to make a standard deck revolving around Ezuri? I'd really like to try to make him work!

Use some neoforms, a lot of 2 costs, some 3 costs, and 1 copy of certain 4 costs (creatures, to clarify). Count on neoform to get whichever one you need out. 4 costs: Sharktocrab, Ezuri, Herald of Secret Streams, Tekuthal 3 costs: Kami of hopes, evo sage, vorrac, flux channeler 2 costs: pollen right, skydiver, thrummingbird Tbh it's hard to play this without neoform so I kinda based it around that

I'd have had added aetherwork marvel just for the fun

Hey LVD, could you look into making some kind of Graaz Unstoppable Juggernaut jank deck? Some ideas are dollhouse of horrors, tokens with Mondrak, saheeli, and urza's battlethopter to give graaz flash.

@@LegenVD I would also like to see a Graaz deck! Though I'd like to see one based around its interaction with Vraska Betrayal's Sting's -2 ability. I think if it is pulled off in a game it would be entertaining for viewers, and can also be educational for showing an example of how layers work in mtg! Also, I always enjoy your content, and hope you are doing well!

@@LegenVD if you use -2 that turns a creature into a treasure and makes it lose all abilities on the Graaz, it becomes a treasure and all of your creatures will still be 5/3 creatures, however they no longer are under the effect of "juggernauts must attack each turn if able, and cannot be blocked by walls"

I always feel like Ozolith is kind of a trap. I mean I lost a couple times against it, depending on my deck choice, but I never really won because of it myself.
