I was waiting for the classical music buildup and x2 speed against the landfall deck. Missed opportunity :P

According to match 4, that last opponent's turn is relatively faster than usual Yugioh players' one.

That moment when the Reenact the Crime opponent tried casting Reenact off of Beseech is one where I'm dropping an "Oops" or "Nice!" 100% of the time

Would have been fun to see LVD hit himself for 15 while gambling with his life! But it makes sense that there's little need to do so with such a well constructed deck.

Dude yessss!!! I've been trying to make Shadow of Mortality work for awhile now! Been brewing a straight up "death shadow" type build in Pioneer with Scourge of the Skyclaves! But I think this archetype works better! Just making them lose freaking 15 life is just crazy!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Very flavourfull, that the mere sight of the Shadow in game one has the enemy die of fear.

I play this combo but in demir. Adding otherworldly gaze is super effectiv and also spiteful hexmage is an allstar to saddle bronco and comes with nearly no downsites in the deck because my other creatures are vesuvan drifter and bloodletter. So fun!

Saddle can use multiple creatures to activate, like crew. I assumed it was only one as well until I saw an opponent do it.

At 24:00 could you instead put Cut Down on the top and draw into it with bronco? It leaves you without the kill next turn because the Avarice is used up so I'm not sure it's a great play, but it's maybe the safest one.

By the time that 4th opponent ended his turn, a red aggro player would've finished like 10 matches. I guess it's good if you have endless time on your hands.

Just to say, on the first game playing sheoldred and making the adversary draw 3 cards with the sorcery could kill him dealing 9 damage lol

Good 3-drops that support the main gameplan and potentially useful sideboard cards. I'm sure other colors could work too, but Steel Seraph specifically does everything you want.

If you also target the opponent with Insatiable Avarice’s second mode, that’s a total of 20 life loss with 3 from Avarice, 15 from revealing Shadow of Mortality, and 2 combat damage.

Prefer not using other Magic art of cards that aren't in the deck, since it might confuse people. Bronco looked a little too derpy up close so couldn't use it here.

God that Worldsoul ramp deck is obnoxious to go up against if you can't kill all of their creatures. Boros convoke is complete bullshit but at least it has the decency to kill you quickly.

Any deck that takes 4 minutes of solo play to resolve in Standard, should not only be banned but punished. Temur lands is as fun as Izzet Epiphany a couple of years ago.

It's not the best deck in the meta, but we'll ”saddle“ with those results.

Searching the opponents deck for like and subscribe, and it being effective, top tier value 👍.

Too bad the combo don't win on the spot, it's only 15

Usually does. Most opponents are at 15 or lower by the time you start popping the combo off. There are times when you don’t get the kill right away but it’s rare.

Sheoldred isn’t even that op in standard anymore lol ppl in the pro tour were running other 4 drops like dukes deck for example.
