Nothing is more satisfying then seeing mono red see his opponent go from 1 life to 19 life in one phase and suddenly having a board of angry vengeful dinos.

Very Fun deck. I have been looking for a super fun deck to put into paper Standard, as well as arena, and thanks to you, I have found it! Always great watching you Luca and learning from you too! I am an old dog and love new tricks!

The premature "Your Go" always cracks me up.

I've been playing something similar in Gruul, Terror of the Peaks is also very fun with all the 4+ power synergies as both an enabler and a payoff.

Hey, Legenvd! First off, love your content! I started watching you almost a year ago, some time after the lotr set came out and you quickly became my favourite magic youtuber. You have the best, most fun decks on your channel and are so good at the game. Recently i came up with a combo kill for standard. I would make a deck around it but im not good enough at deck building to make it not super janky, nor do i have the wild cards for it. But i think you might like the idea and make a deck around it. The idea is to get yargle&multani into the graveyard and then play [rakdos joins up] bringing back yargle with 2 +1 counters on it. Then we just kill yargle in any way and the enchantment deals 20 damage to our opponent! We could use insatiable averice with a surveil or lively dirge to tutor yargle into our graveyard. Maybe this could work in some sort of jund reanimator deck? Hope you like this idea! : )

What are some upgrades to deal with blue control decks that that are heavy on interrupts and artifacts (new player, go easy!)?

@@LordZurkov Dang, fair enough, it seemed like the sort of thing you drop early to slow the opponent down and then destroy yourself late to deal some dmg and un-restrict yourself once your opponent's resources ran low, but maybe i'm not thinking it all the way through I just saw how much it hampers Boros convoke and agro in CGB's video i was thinking it looked like it might be able to slot into a big-creatures deck too since you can blow it up yourself late game

So sticking with the theme of big stompy fun time, if you plan on playing a deck with Calamity, Galloping Inferno, avoid using Invasion of Zendikar alongside it. There's currently a bug where if your creatures have a target to attack other than your opponent (such as a battle or planeswalker) Calamity will only make a single token copy of the creature that saddled it.

Primal Command can help as a sideboard option against mill decks since you can shuffle your graveyard back into your library and then find another Vaultborn Tyrant.

Why did the shifting rift on game 3 didn't remove the buried in the garden?

They technically control the Aura, but that doesn't change that it's enchanting our land. Same happens when you steal an equipment, you still have to pay to move it onto your own creature.

Quite the power move against mono red

based on some of the recent MVC quotes, I think someone's been getting into Fallout recently

This is the stuff that had been missing from the last few sets. Bout time they printed fun cards.

Welp, this deck is actually terrible in standard, for those wondering. Sure you occasionally pull off a fun comeback win against mono red / Boros - but it's also an instant lose to U/W Control. For reference, after 20 games I am siting at 7-13 - awesome deck!
