I guess I missed how Gordon finds these places. They come to him, right? They come to him asking for help? Why then do they get so offended when he gives them honest criticism and solutions on how to make it work? Do they just ask him to come so they can hear him say, "Whoa! I have no idea how you could be failing! Your food is perfection, the atmosphere is remarkable, and all of the staff are productive, efficient and top-tier. You don't deserve to be failing. You deserve three Michelin Stars!"

The Atlanta restaurant is the first time that I saw Gordon Ramsay be outright racist. He is dismissive of both the Latino and African American owners. Funny that he makes their grilled salad, which became pretty common on many menus.
