In this video, I'm sharing with you my $3M restoration project - a restoration of an old paper mill in White Hall Maryland and wait till you see the basement! In 2012 there was a huge flood and it left all sorts of mess in the basement and old infrastructure.
This restoration is a challenge, but the end result is going to be worth it! We are restoring this historic building back to its former glory, and it's been so much fun working on this project. It would be awesome to buy a space like that and turn it into a shop, but I’d probably end up just walling up several areas rather than cleaning them up.

There are a lot of areas here that are going to get broken apart. Im planning on it being a creative collab and event space so you idea isn’t so silly. 🤘🏻
That's a mess!! So many chambers, mud and water everywhere....you need a good blue print...

Yes I agree but the building was built in 1910. There is nothing on file unfortunately.
Give anyone a shovel and a mud pit and they'll turn into a kid again, haha

That is an Alligator!! 5:22 it’s not huge. Maybe 4 feet long. But it’s an alligator. You better be careful!
