Definitely not a good liar.

Maybe lying is the truth?
The funding speaks for itself. Israel's testing of our military hardware also speaks for itself. And those events do not support the sentiments of this junior State Dep't official.
F..... Nonsense
The problem is Leahy is a LAW, not a standard. You can not interpret a law to mean different things. Laws are to be obeyed, not interpreted as standards.
They seemed to have cut UNWRA funds pretty quickly yet still send funds to israel. Definately abdouble standard there.
just break the laws and change them as we go.
They're not being offered a unique treatment! It's just that our support for them is "unconditional"

That's the whole point about it. American officials like to say "America's support for Israel is unwavering", "We have unconditional support for Israel". Then they forgot what they said internally and go out saying their support for Israel is because of they act with transparency, within international law, their democratic, respond porportionately etc, etc. For the most part all of which is not true. The Democracy part is within their borders but they in the West Bank Israeli settlers are treated like first class citizens and Palestinians are peasants and Gaza they control everything that Gazans have electricity, the water they use, the countries they can trade with etc even though they weren't physically in it. So America's statements aren't consistent and their actions are definitely biased.

@@Tejaye777 very true! It's just ridiculous when they lay out two contradictions in one sentence, almost an oxymoron! We don't have a special treatment for the only country in the world for which we have unequivocal support! Crazy..
