I just love Dave. He is such a humble, funny, and laid-back nice guy. I don't really care what Dave said here. You can not have a severe neck injury like that and not experience not only muscular but neurological issues. He's spoken in the past about tingling in the arm, weakness in the fingertips, numbness, etc.. He's lost alot of size since his WAL days, as well. Go back and look at him standing next to Kobra and Devon in 2014-2015. He's consistently had less than stellar outings from the point of injury onward. He will likely never be back to full form, even if he gets the surgery. But, i wish him all the best. I'll still root for him. Even though i like Laletin as well. I hope he finishes up his career in whatever way makes him happy.

It seems like he is doing it now more for the money than ego. Every additional loss is going to knock down your stock price and eventually people aren't going to be interested in paying to see you.

dave has just accepted any match for his entire carrier even if his chances are low and lets be honest here he has almost none he still take the matchs so its hard to know where is he in term of pick shape because he never takes much time off so we don't see some "before and after" , he will just come on the table be a power house and see if it goes well , problem is now there is a lot of the top ten guys who are as strong as him and have way better table iq so i don't know if we will have the chance to see dave in the top again.
