The BACKGROUND:
Back to defend his title is the returning the Britain's Strongest Man of 2020 and 2023, Englishman, Adam BISHOP
But hunting him down and in his eyes, still the reigning champion, is the super sized scotsman - the two times Worlds Strongest Man and winner of the Britains Strongest Man title in 2021 and 2022 - Tom STOLTMAN. Who didn't here compete in 2023.
Then there is his big brother (though Luke is actually 5 inches shorter at 6 foot 3 than his 6 foot 8inch sibling Tom) and Luke STOLTMAN carries real pedigree as well. He is a Europe's Strongest Man winner and 5 x Scottish Champion.
Then there is the loveable Welsh Champion - The Bull - Gavin BILTON. The 6 foot 6 inch 400pound Welshman is already a Giants Live Podium Finisher here last year and more recently at the World Open.
Plus, other contenders including the supercharged Shane FLOWERS of Weymouth who is a relative newcomer with outstanding athletic power.
The local Sheffield boy- Paul SMITH, who came just short of a podium finish here last year, and of course - the strength legend, the 57 year old ''Miracle Man'' - Mr Mark FELIX - who has finished 4 times a runner up at Britain's Strongest Man.

I was there watching it live and what an awesome memory. All were out of this world but the one that impressed from the previous time I saw him was Shane Flowers . He is destined for even more success. The VIP one to one afterwards was the icing on the cake 💪💪💪💪

You can tell the deadlift was hard. I think Tom is right it really drained out Bishop. You will also notice it weakened Tom that he couldn't one motion the last stone.

As im sure you know, Thors' strength is looking very good, specifically the deadlift, i know that the relationship he has the the organisation isnt the best it has been but would you guys invite him to the deadlift champoinships?

Its not that GL don't want to invite him. I'm sure they have. Thor just doesn't have a good relationship with Colin on his side. Colin wants Thor to a GL again, but Thor just doesn't want to do it only way it happens is Colin and Thor have a chat personally. I think if Eddie isn't around, then it could happen
