When Tom has Dan Hipkiss by his side calming him down and helping him focus he is a different beast. Such an overlooked part but he was the catlyst for the WSM Tom Stoltman we all know can beat any field when he turns up. Mitch unfortunatley found this out on this day. Mitch is a master competitor, technician and tactitian, but Tom is just unworldly raw talent. Their battles will be a great rivalry that will play out many times over the next few years. Exciting times for the sports.

He was measured in socks at the Bodypower Expo and it was late in the day - he stood 6 foot 8 and 3/8ths - in socks only. So not 6'9'' - but close enough and likely he is at 9am as heavy and tall people shrink over the day.

@@caltriton6904 If thats true it makes Brian Shaw closer to 6 foot 6 then...hmmmm.... i think you are working off of either heresay or assumption, and not fact. However, I can only go off of what we measured Tom at on a tape measure. That doesn't make it a calibrated fact. Indeed how we did it was not a digitally calibrated measurement system and we are not trained in measuring height (if such a person exists) but a mark on a wall and a metal tape measure is fairly close, if done right.

I luv what Sandler and Bryce have done for the sport my 1 bug bear is these pathetic comments on the strongmen during the shows such as here's Novikov and Kodiyaka doing this to support there country, here's Felix the oldest strongman, here's Kearney the strongest gay. Enough of its boring and repetitive I don't support someone based on there background I support those that come in and give it there all those people that want to listen to the bolloks background stories aren't proper strongmen fans just casuals.
