Why thank you! 😎 Tessa really owned this role, and I have yet to see someone portray Chris as authentic, honest, complicated and downright cruel as she so seamlessly did in this show. She also has an incredible pitch-perfect voice! Tessa was my closest friend in the cast - she was there for me, always. She is an extremely generous person and is a wonderful mom now! 🤱❤ She is very real on and off-stage, and will have your back no matter what! She rocks! 🎸 And thank you for complimenting our work as an ensemble! That is very sweet! ❤ 🔥 🩸👗 🩸 🔥

I love that line of hers! I think it’s because she knows what she is doing is wrong but bad parenting and parent figures is a theme of this show so I think it’s just she doesn’t know what else to do when things don’t go her way than to follow what her father does and make people suffer

Ok I love everything about this performance-the choreography, everyone’s voices, the acting, the girl in the purple top and striped skirt-but what made me giggle was Billy’s shirt saying “This is what awesome looks like”

Mother Nelly, this is too perfect. She depicts her character's mood perfectly. These actors are awesome.

I want to chime in and say I really like how they portrayed Tommy Ross. He has shades kindness and purity, but his blatant homophobia and total indifference to Chris's bullying makes him one of the bad guys, and by horror standards, he had to go.

I love the real moment at the end where we see the real Chris. The Chris that is hurting and needs to be mean to make herself feel better. We get to see how Chris knows her actions are wrong but she also knows if she stops she will lose her popularity. This is just how I played into the last lines

Definitely by professionals, not on Broadway. This was the Seattle production from 2013. Kendra Kassebaum and Alice Ripley were in this cast as Miss Gardner and Margaret respectively.
